I trained in this location briefly because I moved unfortunately. What I can say is the instructor is great welcoming and will truly break down the techniques to your level. Had I not moved I would still be training there.

I took the 3 hour Womens Self Defense Seminar on Sunday. What an awesome class at an unbelievable price! $10! The class was very informative and gives you practical theory as well as physical instruction that gives a great foundation on strategies for getting away from an attacker using proper body positioning and leverage. I learned I can pick someone up and toss them off me when being held on to from behind. I also learned how to protect my neck during a choke hold and how to get out from under someone pinning you down. I felt the strategies we were taught were fantastically relevant to what might happen and what I can do to recognize, avoid, and get myself away from a potential attacker. It really boosted my confidence in my ability to protect myself. If you are interested in learning self defense, TAKE THIS CLASS! Great teachers! Its a great workout too!
