Really bad place to buy from, I walked in ready to buy and the lady at the front told me they dont have anything for sale, I laughed and thought she was joking. I told her well I see a lot of necklaces that I may be interested in buying with cash in hand. She said no we dont have anything for you. She made me feel as if I was trying to rob her. I usually dont write reviews but this place is horrible.

They closed down. No known new address.

Worst customer service ever! I was there to purchase a white gold bracelet for my daughter and she kept practicality yelling at me “what you want” over and over as I kept pointing at what I wanted so finally I said you know what I don’t want anything. Very rude!

Worst customer service ever with the lady owner. I and my family have been a long time customer of this jewelry shop for over 10 years, but have always work with the son. However, i will not return again and will let my family know to not continue their service there. My experience today with his mom, the lady owner, was absolutely horrific. She had no manners in treating her customers any respect. She did not let us touch or even see close any of the jewelry unless we buy at the spot. She stated in her own words, I show you only if you buy. Really, Ive never seen such service like hers. She did not want to answer any simple questions about the jewelry. She also had a very mean facial expression along with a very mean and loud tone of voice. She was just flat out rude!!! I would have rated her a zero star if it was possible. I hope we were her only customer that she treated this way. I also hope that she would see this review and reflect on her negative actions.

Do NOT go here they are so bad on customer service i cant believe there door are still open.i feel so stupid for buying something here.my mom got all of use a necklace 3 years ago, we are from Visalia and San Jose.a week in from getting my necklace it broke on me so i called the number on the receipt.... OMG!!!! they do NOT pick up there phone, so a year later i took a trip there. can you believe it NOT open.. SMH. so we want this weekend 2 years later want in the doors they say NO WE ARE REMOLDING.. like really?? no they are NOT. so my husband and i end up at VIN-LAC JEWELRY go there she so nice and will help you.i hope Kim Tien CLOSE there door soon.

Rude, ignorant and grumpy unprofessional lady works upfront who clearly doesnt want to sell anything. Sad, because Ive bought stuff from here and had a great experiences from the gentlemens in here but just this one experience was sooo bad I think I will stop coming and let everyone I know not to support such rude service here.

Talk about worst customer services ever! The owners started getting hostile and yelling over one simple question. There was no need her rudeness, she me feel unconfortable, I felt rushed, she gave a price but would tell me the weight. I ask her repeatly for the weight and she wouldnt tell me she continue to get more aggressive. After the way I was treated I would never step in that store ever again! 👎🏼

Dont buy from here. We bought my mom two pair of earrings, which the lady claim is 18k and 22k. Well, they lied. The earrings arent even real gold. Of course, no refund, no exchange so we basically got lied to.

Very bad customer service, the lady behind the counter is rude and would not let me see anything. She kept saying that she will only show me the Jewelry only if I was going to buy it. My ?
