2 hour lunch, whats up with that? Nobody gets 2 hours for lunch. Went to pick up freight at 11:55 and found closed for lunch be back at 2:00 sorry 1 star for foolish policies.

Extremely Rude lady in office when I arrived for my will call.

I arrived and was greeted immediately. Obviously a very busy place, with trucks coming and going. I waited maybe 20 minutes for them to bring my freight. Staff was friendly and they are EXPERT forklift drivers! They put my freight right in my truck bed, using 2 forklifts at the same time, without scratching the liner or dragging it, within less than 60 seconds. Im very happy with the service provided.

Horrible service. I can never schedule with them and often send all my clients to ups. Fedex drivers are the worst. Had one driver tell me hes busy so he cant wait...left the pick up. I have him on film drive to the back of our store and just sit there for 20mins. SURE...youre busy... DOING NOTHING!!

Rude receptionist. When u walk into a bussiness and your the only customer in the building. And cant get no help from the 3 ladys at the desk who just ignore the fact that they have a customer in there lobby smh

Horrible customer service. Did not deliver a shipment to our business then blamed us for non-delivery and wanted to charge $125 redelivery charge from Fresno to Madera. Last time I will ever use Fed Ex

Worst ever your delivery guys park in the middle of the street take there sweet time and cause traffic jams and almost accidents WORST EVER HORRIBLE UNSAFE AND RUDE MANAGEMENT NEED TO ADDRESS THIS ACCORDINGLY IF THERE IS MANAGMENT FOR THESE UNCARING DRIVERS
