My package has not been delivered after a scheduled delivery last Thursday and today is Tuesday. First they lied on their delivery report by saying the zip code was incorrect. Then they said they attempted two more times and lied about it. GSO wrote on their report that I changed the delivery date. Then today a customer service rep told us they are short on drivers. I DONT RECOMEND ANYONE USED GSO UNTIL THEY RESLOVE THEIR ISSUES ( and come up with better excuses).

I wish I could leave 0 stars.I had two packages that were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. It’s now Monday, no one responded from the company to my messages, if you try to call and it’s not for sales it’ll give you the “call drop” beeping tone. According to the tracking it’s been in Fresno, Ca since 6:45am on Saturday and somehow still hasn’t shown up on my door step And I live in Fresno..DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IF GLS IS THE DELIVERY COMPANY

This company delivers food to me (Hello Fresh) and it is always on time.. The delivery person has always been polite.. Very professional..

The worst delivery experience ever. No way to contact them online. I sent an email to customer service and there was no response. I called and waited for hours and not even a time estimate. I just want my package and idk how to even add drop off instructions. Delivery has been attempted but the package was never dropped off and idk why.

Didnt have a good experience, 0 stars of possible. They said they would deliver and nothing, package was days late. Had to go pick up to the warehouse.

Worst shipping company out there today. Their staff does not scan loads consistently. You cant get a real answer from anyone. I spend 15k per month and cannot get a manager on the phone. Lost packages turn up as delivered, but even they cannot tell us that they delivered. We have to make ourselves look foolish by calling the customer to see if they recieved their package...This note comes after a solid year of trying to work with this company through COVID and growing pains.. Instead of getting better - they are getting worse.

Been waiting for a package since Friday and they keep rescheduling my delivery. Keep calling to ask if I can just pick it up but their customer service is the worst.

Terrible company. Consistantly late and also tends to deliver to the completely wrong address. Do not ever use them if you want your product delivered.

Beware!! In Fresno CA there’s a scam where driver(s) have accomplices follow them and steal the high value packages immediately after theyre dropped at the door and documented. Butcher Block is one of them!

Worst service if you live in gated community. Never had issues in the pass but recently my packages were showing up a day late and later in the day. Now its 3 to 4 days late. Even after calling them and leaving a note by the main gate for the driver to go around the apt complex where he can drive through because theres no gate. They never did it. Now I have to pick up my package from their warehouse.

Driver backed into one of our building pillars not paying attention. Not carrying insurance. Unresponsive and lacked proper vehicle DOT and CA numbers.Do not use.

Friendly staff was able to help me out. Package arrived on time when I needed it.

Continuously they show up at my door hours before I open and after my shop closes. The tracking numbers do not work and the personal have no idea what time your package will get to you.GOOD LUCK

Absolutely horrible! The drivers use their personal vehicles and obviously the delivery person feels it was ok to smoke with all of the packages in his vehicle. My entire box smelled like including the contents.

Why do I pay for overnight shipping that takes three days?

Worst Company EVER!!! Bad customer Service! Driver straight lied about attempting to deliver, sat in his car and left without delivery!!! GSO refused to delivery the same day with plenty of notice before end of business day!
