Pathetic courier, I hate that Staples uses them. Never receive our packages.

Never received my Amazon package. When I called Dynamex, I was politely told that the driver said it was delivered. I reviewed all the activity from my multiple security cameras that day, and though there was other activity -- NO delivery. They told me I would have to deal with Amazon for a replacement. This is not the first time I have had difficulty with this carrier. All the other delivery companies have no problem delivering to my address.

I needed the items in my package for my sons birthday party and this company did not deliver. As promised. I was not able to make his birthday cake and My 4 year old son was hugely disappointed.

If I could give -10 I would! This place is ridiculous and Amazon needs to stop using them! Yesterday the delivery driver lied about attempting to deliver my package by saying he couldnt gain access to my front door. Unfortunately for him I have cameras in front of my house and he never showed up. Then u called this morning and they said it would be delivered tonight but now that I called them again they are saying tomorrow now!!! Ugh!! I asked why am I getting different answers and he says he doesnt know they didnt put in any notes!! He tried to say this was not normal but I explained to him every single review on line says the same thing. They always like about saying they deliver packages when they dont!!! Now well wait to see if I get it tomorrow. But I will never use them again!! And I will be calling Amazon letting them know not to use them!!!

I have joined the ranks of others with failed deliveries. I ordered my items and selected same day shipping but the package was a no show and now it says I may have to wait an additional 3 days to receive my order. This is an absolute waste of a delivery company and Amazon needs to drop them as soon as possible.

Amazing how bad a delivery could be. They sent their child to throw my delivery about 10ft to my porch. Then peel out in my driveway to leave their child running after their car.

Utterly, utterly useless. ordering same day delivery is a joke; it simply will not show up. I cannot fathom why Amazon insists on using this courier.

Masters at deception, and if amazon chose them for your delivery... just cancel your order or get your money back ASAP... you won’t receive it anyway.

Amazon same day delivery. Couldnt be home when the driver arrived. Left a note to not leave the package with nobody home. Driver took the time to call, which I couldnt answer at work, and actually txt me to work out the best option. Super extremely awesome!

Been home all day. Received a notice saying they attempted delivery but no one was home. Lies, we have been sitting in the living room, no one knocked. Reviewed our security cameras, no one ever came.

I had same day delivery option from Amazon. We were home, outside in the front yard, all day. No one came to deliver my package yet the tracking said delivered and it was left at front door. No one can get to the door without facing my guard dogs. When contacting Dynamex they said contact google for a replacement of my things. So theyre liars, rude, and unreliable. This is the worst carrier service. Also, my first lost/missing package thanks to Dynamex.

This service is the worst Ive ever experienced. Im going to make sure from now on to NEVER buy anything same day from Amazon again. Each time they deliver they do not knock on the door nor ring the doorbell to let you know your package is there. If they deliver it they will leave your package where it can be stollen or say it was delivered when it wasnt. If Amazon is going to continue doing business with them they will lose a customer.

Just like everyone else has said, I had same day delivery selected on Amazon and I was home all day and nothing came, then I got a notification saying there was an error because when they came to deliver my item no one was home... but I was home all day. Amazon should drop them as a carrier option.

Just like the other reviews I ordered same day shipping from Amazon and was home all day waiting for the item. Then noticed the tracking was updated to delivered when it wasnt. WTH! This is the fifth time this has happened to my wife and I. The package mysteriously appears a day or two later. But of course they look good in the eyes of Amazon because they FALSELY lie on their tracking status to make Amazon think it was delivered on time. Dynamex is the worst delivery company, do not use them!

Ordered through Amazon with the 1 day shipping. Just like majority of people the status claimed it was delivered AT DOOR was false.. Contacted customer support with no help at all. Just stick to two day shipping..

Did not contact me upon arrival to say they could not fond my house. During the call with amazon, the dynamex representative interrupted the amazon representative stating “ok ok, it’ll get delivered today. Is there anything else.” While the amazon representative attempted to give them instructions. 1 day amazon delivery is now two day due to unprofessionalism.

These people are pathetic for next day delivery from Amazon. They have screwed up four orders in a row. They make next day service into four or five days, because of their incompetent delivery methods. They say things are delivered when they arent, or they say that there is a special gate code, when I have no gate code, and my gate is always open. When my orders werent delivered, I talked with the Amazon people. They assured me that my order would be there early the next day. But once again, no order. Over and over again this company cant get it right. Amazon needs to ditch them and find someone with at least half a brain.

My friend had chocolates sent to my house, and they were never delivered.The Dynamex driver must have delivered them to the wrong address, or maybe he took them home to his wife..... The Company is saying that they were delivered to my address as well.. Maybe They kept the Godiva Chocolates for themselves... I hope they were good.... NO STAR!...

I understand no one is perfect, but for first impression, Im not impressed. Missed package completely with an attempted attempted delivery. Lying to customers is good practice? Only to be sent in loops when calling in to customer service. Stay away from this logistic company. Really disappointed Amazon chose to ship with this.

Waited for package from Amazon to be delivered br 9:00 pm. Waited up for it. Got text they attempted delivery but couldnt leave it. My dog would of barked his head off of someone came to the door. Noticed my neighbor outside he says truck stopped driver got out looked in back of truck hot back in and drove off never approached my door. LIAR..... Unable to contact them. Amazon not helpful.

Ordered from Amazon, Amazon guaranteed delivery by June 14. No package came. Dynamex tracking page says June 15 by 9pm. Its June 15th 8:55pm no package. I would not recommend this company.

Two days after the promised delivery date, my Amazon order still hadnt arrived so I checked the status: Your package may be lostPackages are rarely this late and were sorry yours still hasnt arrivedYou can wait another couple days or check out these options. The only option was refund. Unfortunately the main item in the order is no longer available at the sale price. Looking at all the other similar delivery failures, maybe Amazon should use a more reliable delivery service.

My encounter with dynamex was good. They came to my door, and knocked. They didnt throw it, nor leave it on another porch. They gave it to me in good condition. They also came 3 hous before, and I was very eager to get my package, and we were home all day, which was good. But I dont think I will order One Day shipping from them because of the constant bad encounters with other people. I think I was one of the lucky ones, but I dont want to risk it.

Amazon needs to take them off their list of viable couriers, they never get packages shipped on time or packages go missing. Terrible.

Marked my item as delivered. I obviously don’t have it yet or I wouldn’t be here writing about the horrible service. Did I mention this was a replacement item because they messed up on delivery of the original order? Original order got “stuck” at the courier level and then sent back to sender with comments of “customer canceled”. Yep, had the nerve to put that comment down...no shame at all.

They went above and beyond to deliver my package. I wasn’t home and they called me and texted me to make sure the package was delivered to me personally. I suggested that they leave it at the front door or on my back porch but, they didn’t trust the area. In the end they met me where I was at a different address. Above and beyond delivery. Most would just throw my package over the back porch or have me get it from them at a later date.

I have had two experiences with this logistics company and both have been very poor. The first package which was ordered through Amazons next day shipping was an apparently attempted delivery, even though they didnt knock. After calling the local office, the driver called and asked me to meet up for the package. Ridiculous. He delivered past business hours in the end. The second package was not attempted to be delivered at my door, but rather at my landlords home on site, with no notice. I had to find out by calling the site again. I will no longer do business with Amazon for as long as they collaborate with dynamex

Pathetic company. Its unfortunate to say but this company will mark delivered when they have not just to satisfy Amazons expectations.Its been twice that I have ordered next day items and come all day long and no delivery and very poor tracking system.Horrible. Amazon needs to drop them as a carrier.

Just trying to return a package that was delivered to the wrong address took a small miracle. The agents on the phone were nice, but it shouldnt be this hard to Return To Sender.

Worst delivery company i have ever deal with, in multiple occasion just dropped the package at the door and didnt even ring doorbell. today i order Christmas presents form amazon and choose 1 day delivery because i was going to be home all day. They never knock or ring the doorbell contacted amazon and they told me to call them so i did had to wait a whole hour for them to respond and they hang up. their customer service and delivery employees are just unprofessional never again will i choose one day delivery as long as amazon works with this company.

I requested 1-day shipping/delivery for merchandise that I ordered. Even after tracking my package, the delivery never came. I contacted Amazons customer service after receiving an email stating: DYNAMEX let us know that they are unable to get access to your front door to deliver the package. This sometimes occurs when carriers do not have an access code for a gated community or secure building. This shipping/delivery service is full of it! Numerous orders with Amazon throughout the years and I never had issues with delivery of merchandise. I live in a non-gated community. The delivery person never came to my residence even with correct address information. I learned my lesson and will never have DYNAMEX deliver my merchandise. Id rather stick with UPS or FedEx for door-to-door deliveries.

First time trying dynamex with Amazon. They were good to me. Even made a attempt to call me since they didnt want to let anyone get it since I live in ApartmentsOverall great service aslong as they continue to care about getting packages to customers safely and efficiently

Wow glad I was home. These people just leave your package at the door. Regardless if your door is on the street in an apt in a bad area. Thanks guys smh

I ordered a package on amazon. they went with this carrier and i never received my package. home the whole day and never recieved a knock on the door even when i was notified that it was delivered. i have no idea what happened here. luckily i was reimbursed by amazon but i would ve really rather had my package. never had this issue with usps

Driver parked in the last handicap spot at my daughters high school in Madera, California. I showed the driver my placard and he didnt care. Blew me off and said he had to finish his job, Refused to move his van until the principal of the school came out and told him to move it. Obviously this is a company that could care less about the handicap. I would suggest contacting Amazon, Office Depot and IKEA. Let them know you are not going to do business with companies that hire drivers like this that dont care about people or the law. DYNAMEX needs to work on their training and FIRE this jerk from the FRESNO CALIFORNIA warehouse.

Absolutely horrible.... The worst delivery company I have ever encountered hands down. This is the second time I have ordered an item from Amazon and they used this carrier to deliver my package. The first item was tablet I order for my Mom for mothers day. I received confirmation that it had been delivered so I contacted my sister who had been home all day and to retrieve it from the porch. While on the phone she walked outside only to find nothing had been delivered. I called the company immediately and the customer care rep. advised me that the Fresno office was closed and would contact me the next day with update. I never recieved a call back. So contacted customer care again whom informed me the Fresno office had no clue were my package was and advised me I should just contact Amazon to get it replaced. Very unprofessional... So I contacted Amazon to replace my tablet and requested that they not use this carrier again, yet when I got my delivery confirmation it was the same carrier delivering my replacement tablet. So I conatacted my sister and made her man the porch until my package arrived. When it arrived she went outside to retrieve it from the mailbox. Then less than 20mins later she heard someone on the porch going through the mailbox so she open the door only to find a Dynamex worker standing on the porch going through the mailbox. He said he was there looking for the package we reported missing yet this was almost a week later and less than 20mins after my replacement tablet had been delivered (something seems a little shady with this company). Then last night I ordered a textbook on Amazon for school and requested it be delivered overnight and paid $20+ more to have my book by today because I needed it to complete my assignments due tomorrow. Only to get home check the mail and no book I rechecked the tracking # only found the carrier said they were unable to deliver my package due to front door not being accessible. My house and front door is open and accessible there is no gates and wide open walkway. I contacted customer and got the same song and dance I recieved before. If this is the carrier Amazon is doing business I might have to rethink doing business with Amazon.

Terrible delivery service! Delivered my package late and put it on top of my mailbox😡I live in the madera ranchos and my mailbox is out of sight from my house, all the way down the driveway. Very angry that they didnt deliver it to my door. If the USPS lady hasnt told me it probably wouldve been stolen!

This company doesnt deliver before 5pm which is after businesses are closed. Not sure why Amazon uses them. When I called they said that my package is probably lost because they no longer work with Amazon and that I need to connect with Amazon for a refund. Never use this company!!!!
