So I have a short pixie cut and the ladies who do my hair do an amazing job each time. Plus they add a little massage with some kind of machine on your upper traps and BOY did I wish normal salons did that.Always look good and feel good whenever I walk out of here. Theyve got themselves a reg.

Definitely a barbershop vibe. Theres no need to sit around the shop to wait for an open chair. Simply go online and hit the check-in button. From there you can pick your barber and theyll send you a text for when your turn is up. This makes it easy to be local and your spot is reserved that way. I waited in the comfort of my own home, 20 mins away. Got the text, drove to the shop, replied with my arrival, and I was in the chair getting my haircut. It was extremely simple. I got my haircut by Johnny and he did a pretty good job. Hes a young artist and great at his craft.

Great customer service. Love the waitlist feature so you dont have to wait hours at the shop. It will text you to come in when you are 1-2 in line. Ive been here at least 4-5 times and have had consistent good results so far with multiple barbers.

I always have a great experience at any Great American Barbershop, no matter the location or barber. Every barber I’ve had has been very friendly and professional, while also being very skilled and passionate about what they do. My haircuts always turn out great, no exceptions!The new system working outside does pose some challenges if you’re not checking in right as the store opens, but that is absolutely no fault of their own! They’re doing their absolute best with all of the constraints and challenges posed by Covid and our governor. Even if you end up having to wait, it’s always worth it to me.

I got here early, about quarter to 10am, was the first one to sign up on the waiting list and watched as several peor tried to open the door at 10... dont know why nobody showed up, but apparently they needed an hour. About 10/15 minutes after 10, they text me letting me know that they are behind an hour, deeply apologizing, and said that we could go to their other location and wed still be #1 on the wait list. We got to the other location and we were! So even if something goes wrong, they keep their word and do their best to still take care of you!

The people there were very respectful of the appropriate precautions necessary. The waitlist fills up quickly when it opens up in the morning, so you need to be quick with your mouse to get a spot. One challenge with the outdoor seating is the lack of a wall mirror to see how things are progressing throughout the visit. The person cutting my hair did a good job, so the lack of a wall mirror was not a big issue for me.

Very good experience, it seemed like they take care to keep everyone safe during these Covid days, by sanitizing there equipment after each customer, wearing a mask and cleaning. Cam did a great job with my haircut. Thanks! Ill be going back

Signed in waited over thirty five minutes and somehow ended up not on list. Hard to even know, if you are listed when it only shows about seven people at a time on list. This place is always a very long wait and more trouble than it is worth, just for a haircut. Time to move on to place with more timely service.

Ive been going to this barber shop for about a year now. Its a little pricey but its not even a big deal considering the high level of customer service and friendliness you receive here. Ive never left with a haircut I didnt love. Im not much for talking during a haircut and they dont make it awkward when its quiet. And if you want a good conversation they have that too. I Wish there were more stars to give. I refuse to go anywhere else. ✊🇺🇸

Typically Darrien cuts my hair and does an amazing job not just with the haircut and making sure to get it exactly the way I want, but also engaging in conversation and keeping the entire experience enjoyable. Used to love this place but the last 2 attempts at getting my hair cut ended in failure. Today I called in, since the last time I was a walk in, waited forever, and ran out of time. Calling in didnt help whatsoever. They skipped past me and called up FOUR other people before I finally got up and decided to leave....again. Apparently they marked my call in as completed. How is a call-in without the check in yet, completed?? Wait times because its busy is one thing but being completely ignored is simply unprofessional and shows a lack of awareness of your customers. Anyway, I dont think I can recommend this location anymore. I may try the clovis one, I may just look elsewhere at this point sadly.I should note the manager/owner? was apologetic once i spoke up but I feel like under the circumstances I was more than patient enough.

I used to enjoy my haircuts from GABB, but lately the barbers haven’t been consistent with what I ask for. The last two times I was disappointed with my haircut. I showed a picture of what I wanted and asked for a certain thing and they cut it way too short on the sides and messed up the part. I asked for a fade from a 1-4 but it ended up being a 1-1 and there wasn’t any contrast. Bummed out, I wish to see better barbers there, it feels like the quality has greatly decreased and it just isn’t worth the money.

This place has it all. Great hairstylist my kids like Cameron the most. But there all good.

Waited at the front door this morning, both barbers showed up after opening time of 9 am. Neither barbers said a word to the 6 customers standing in line. The male barber with gray baseball cap stood at his station texting on his phone until 9:08 while customers waited. The female barber was extremely rude, myself and 2 other customers walked out. I will never return and will be sure to share my bad experience with others. Hey owner, give your employees some customer service training. They are terrible, you lost money this morning and will continue to if things don’t change

Great idea and theme, but the people working here did not back up the whole purpose of a old fashioned baber shop. Hardly any interactions, with little to no genuine conversation. I left with mixed feelings, I did get a pretty good cut, but not hard to find a place in town to give me a just as good haircut. There was a man waiting prety much the whole time I was getting my haircut, while three of the workers were standing around jawing it up with each other. If this were my business, I would not be to happy with it...
