Giovanni in the barber sectionwas excellent. Intutive, friendly, engaging. He just listened and responded to all the right things to put u at ease. Such a nice guy. Such talent!

My friend and I wanted to get bangs together. It was a dream come true when we walked out of the salon, after getting excellent care, as brand new versions of ourselves. The time went by with pleasant and entertaining conversation courtesy of the stylist (Johnny), who is a total pro! Overall great service, from the sweet receptionists, to the meticulous styling, to the general environment.

The lady actually listened to what I wanted and cut my short hair the way I asked for it. The place was beautiful and clean and all the staff were super friendly. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I walked out happy.

Rola is an amazing stylist and conversationalist. Highly recommended!

Great service and great barbershop! Robert in the barbershop is an absolute pro and also gives great life advice. And I won’t trust anyone else in the world to do my eyebrows other than Frank - he’s seriously a superstar and he’s here in lil ol Fresno. Gentlemen - get your face and brows waxed by Frank, he knows how to do it right. They sell kerastase products as well.

I had a wonderful experience with my stylist, Johnny. He showed me how to style my curly hair which I really appreciated since that’s just the way I like it. He has a great personality and I highly recommend him. You’ll leave feeling good about yourself.

She explains exactly what she will be doing and makes sure to listen to her client and give them what they want!! Very nice establisment with many beauty services and amenities.

The atmosphere was nice, but not worth the money. First, I had scheduled a 90 minute massage, but they only gave me a 60 min massage. There was no clock in the room, so I didnt even realize it until I was at the register paying. Second, the massage was more like a lite back rub than a massage. I would rather go to one of those $20 places. Dont waste your money.

My wife and I had couples massages then right after she had a facial. Massages were great and by what she said the facial was great also. A little on the pricey side in my opinion but a good experience.

Robert in the barbershop is wonderful! He cuts my husband’s and boy’s hair. I have a 3 year old with special needs and he is amazing with him too!The salon is also nice, Galina does a great job on my hair.

They ruined my naturally curly hair! Stylist does know the difference between 2 inches and 6 inches and refused to even listen to what I wanted. $200 to lose 10 years worth of growth and no way to fix it but to cut more off.

I was thrilled with Jonathan Anaya’s work. He touched up my blonde roots and matched the color perfectly. Jonathan took the time to make sure it matched. Previous colorist have not matched the color correctly. Also, he was generous in giving a compliment trim for free to new clients. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.

I recently had a little mishap with an airbrush tan that I wasnt too pleased with. I hesitated to call and say something because I am usually not one to complain. I am so glad I called and voice my concern with my results because the staff went more than out of their way to resolve everything! I had another appointment within a matter of hours, I received another airbrush tan (different solution) and they actually thanked me for letting them know about the situation. I was more than impressed with how they resolved everything. Thank you again!

I got sooo mad when I went out of the salon because I wanted a Brown ombré to blonde I didn’t want the my whole hair ombré and she just started choosing wat I wanted and telling me wat I wanted and she just did my hair how ever she wanted it to be like I was sooo mad

I go to the Spectrum because they have a Master Barber who takes care of my hair and my beard. Do you know how hard it is to find a Master Barber?

Quite simply the worst pedicure I have ever had. Parts of the nail are not polished and corners of nails randomly cut off and very uneven. The only reason I gave it one star is because the manager did not charge me for the service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Me and my friend had our nails done here and paid 55 for mine and 65 for hers neither of our nails turned out right and mine were really thin and its only been 5 days and I already lost two nails shes lost three im never going there again

Rude and Uncouth. I had a face wax with Julie. She is SO unprofessional and lacking in manners. Its offensive. First of all, when she came out I was sitting waiting in the wait area. I had never seen her before and before I could ask, this very overweight Caucasian woman in her 50s jumps up and says, OH JULIE!. And then asked about being fit, rather than greeting me and excusing herself for a few moments, Julie went right ahead and spent a considerable amount of time talking with this rude woman. When Julie did call me over she didnt even apologize. Then while doing the waxing Julie had a defensive demeanor. When I asked her to trim my brows more she protested with an attitude and then proceeded to lecture me on the pitfalls of tweezing. Then when I told her my brow grew very rapidly (HELLO Im Mexican, my brows DO grow fast!) she went on with a snide comment about, Well, you have to be committed about coming in…. She never had even seen me before. I lived in Southern Califiornia for 7 years and had my brows waxed every week, sometimes 2x a week by the same person the entire time I lived there. But that person always listened to me and fixed them the way I liked. Julie had no right to imply that I either was no consistent with my grooming or was too cheap about paying to have my brows to be waxed every week. Then when I told her I lived in Southern California she started to get defensive and tell me the benefits of easy traffic in Fresno. That my be nice, but in Fresno I never hung out with famous people, in L.A. I indulged in those opportunities enough to know the tabloid news before the tabloids themselves knew. I didnt tell her that though since she seemed so defensive. I wont be going back. She is ill mannered, unfriendly, tense, defensive, and has zero people skills, not to mention she did a bad job at shaping my brows. They look round like a little girls after I had told her to arch them in a sexy way. Shed claimed she couldnt do this. Really? Part of waxing brows IS shaping them! So I guess she lacks the skills to shape brows! Wow, what a rip off
