Has an issue with my car and had it towed in. They text drive it and ran diagnostics immediately and gave me an estimate immediately afterwards. The work was then assigned to be done the next workday and i would have it back! They gave me a courtesy ride across town. Also, they have a pretty nice waiting waiting room equipped with cable TV, board games, and a massage chair!

They are seriously a hidden gem! David was super nice and helpful. Plus they have a great seating area! Huge plus for me.

I’ve been going to this establishment for the past two years, roughly, and with every visit, I have been a satisfied customer. So - if you need a shop that emphasizes good (honest) interaction and excellent care for your vehicle - this is your spot! Quick, easy, and cheap. I got my tires rotated and requested for Fresno Tire to check my sensor. They educated me that much system was internal and there was nothing wrong with it. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Ive been to Fresno Tire on three separate occasions and they have all been good experiences.

Extraordinary! Had a flat tire crisis at 9:30 am on a business day. Searched Yelp for a tire fix and found all 5 star ratings for Fresno Tire Co. I pulled in a few minutes later, no appointment, and they had me back on the road in less than a half hour! Ted the tire tech was courteous, efficient & meticulous. Based on my experiences at Fresno Tire, I must say they are awesome! Love these guys! They’re reliable, honest, and get you going in no time! I went to a different shop (West Coast) they had lied to me and told me my car was ready and when I went it turns out it wasn’t. I somehow ended up waiting there for 5 hours unfortunately, and I made a mistake for that. Should have came to Fresno Tire! I had a check engine light come on. I called around and they were the only one I spoke to that will wave the diagnostic fee if I did the repairs with them. Took my vehicle in and everyone was super nice. I told them about the light and that I need my oil change as well as the tires rotated. Later that day, I get a call and they told me my light was due to a hose being disconnected. They not only fixed the issue but did not charge me for the repair or diagnostics. Cannot recommend this shop enough. Very knowledgeable staff, they communicate well, and are on top of everything. They sent us pictures to show us what was going on with our truck, and when we had a squeak after the work was done they were very quick to get it back and looked at. We will be returning here for all of our work.

Great experience!! Brian and his team are extremely helpful. His team was able to replace my tail light within a day and it cost me so much less than what the BMW dealership would have charged me. I thought I needed a couple of new tires, but Brian told me to hold off, since I had a few thousand miles to go! So refreshing :)

I am always skeptical of mechanic shops, but these are solid people.I ran over a toe hitch on the freeway traveling back to Orange County from Yosemite. They could have easily tried to take advantage of the situation with me being from out of town, but instead were nothing but helpful.Their head mechanic was competent and knowledgeable. They have a comfortable waiting room which was nice to hang out in while I dealt with my insurance. The owner gave us good advice despite it not benefiting them and they even helped us out with a ride.

I was a little leary about this place, because it was a tire shop and there were a lot of cars that were not running outside. It was late and we could not take it anywhere else. Went there for a second opinion on an wheel alignment since another shop tried to overcharge me on parts that I didnt need after all. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. My first visit there was confusion around getting my car an alignment. After I left the manager called and explained the situation and made sure that i was taken care of. Before my next visit, they went above and beyond to get specs on my lowering springs and made sure the work was done right. Initially I was visiting German Auto Repair for some work on my car. Then saw Fresno Tire right across the way so I decided to mosey on over. First impression was this is a cool spot to hang out, nice T.V. with the news on, they have a nice looking Cadillac on display, rims, tires, reading material etc. This place was clean, neat and organized as well. I needed a balance/rotation so I spoke with Hunter and I handed over my car keys, he was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable giving him my business. They finished up my car in about 30 minutes or so, I enjoyed there massage chair while waiting, I also needed to charge my phone and they had a convenient area to do so. Prices were very fair and the overall experience was very pleasant. I will be a repeat customer.

This place is an awesome place to take your vehicles in for oil change, tire replacement, wheel alignment, etc. I took three of my cars in for an oil change and Hunter and his team was able to accommodate all my vehicles. They also did a courtesy vehicle inspection with the oil change and took pictures of things that may need to be replaced which I thought was nice. Hunter helped me fix my Range Rover. The water pumped needed to be replaced. Instead of just trying to get my business, he was honest and was able to fix the problem rather than put a band-aid on it and they fixed it for the best price in Fesno. The mechanic was very thorough and even showed me what he replaced when I came to pick up my car. Highly recommend them anyone!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I called to see if I could bring my car in the same day because my tire pressure light had come on and was met on the phone and in person with nothing but kindness and informed customer service from Hunter! I was pretty worried because I had checked my tires and my gauge seemed to be reading the pressure correctly. They took a look and told me my tires were actually low, filled them, cleared my light, and I was on my way. I appreciate the fact that I wasn’t being pressured or sold on something I didn’t need. When I do need tires I will definitely be coming here though! Additional kudos to the mechanic who I didn’t talk to but obviously took care of my vehicle.
