A friend of mine was visiting from out of town and her Mercedes driver seat got stuck and we could not figure it out. Plus she had some sort of electronic problem with the radio from the prior owner. We came in here and met with Todd and I have to say their service was great. Not only did they figure it out they actually fixed the seats both sides and all it was was some contact cleaning and readjustment and what they charge was well worth the price. I’m always nervous about walking into mechanic shops, the uncertainty in you really don’t know who’ll treat you right from the start, honest fear of being taking advantage of lack of knowledge mechanically speaking. That being said, I’d like to take this moment share my recent experience with European Automotive Service. The day before my appointment scheduled, I had called to confirm my time and if I needed to bring anything to my visit, Phil, was the gentleman I spoke with, he was so pleasant and professional to talk to assure me nothing is needed just the car. The day of my appointment, I get there at the place, there was Phil standing behind the desk greeting me good morning as soon as I enter. In less than 10 minutes, I was out the door, I hear Phil saying we’ll call you once the car is done. 4 hours later, I get a call from Phil saying, he needed to order parts for this and that because he does not have it available and gave me quotes on costs. I am completely satisfied with the service and as long as I have my BMW, they have my business for life. Thank you so much Phil for helping me out.

These guys are amazing! Clear and honest communucation. They did an amazing job on my BMW x5 and totally cut prices for me since my warranty company was giving me the run around. They also cleaned my car inside and out. Great job!

Quick & easy service. They helped us bring down the price from the initial quote and threw in a few freebies (car wash, gas cap). We took our 2003 Volvo here around the time they opened and we had to replace our spark plugs. We told them we were on a road trip so we needed to leave as quick as possible. We were in and out in two hours.

We came to European Automotive and got an oil change that our dealer wanted to charge us $600 for . For only $201! They even washed our car.We go to a lot of different places to service our cars and this is by far one of the top 3 places!Even the dealers didn’t have as good of service in our opinion. I won’t say which dealer but just know it starts with an M & love coming to this spot now!We will be back for sure.

Great service and honest...5 star without a doubt!

They were able to see our Volvo right away which was very convenient. The waiting room is spacious and there is a window right into the shop space. Our actual price ended up being higher than the estimate, but they worked with us on prioritizing what we needed right away and what we didn’t.

I will never go here again. Yes, they are sometimes nice, but the owner has some major issues. They have lied about things that they said they repaired and then charged us for things they did NOT DO!! When I asked them to credit it back to my card, they said, Well just credit it next time you come in. Um NO. Credit the money you charged against my card for the work you didnt do!! Oh my lord. Theres only one guy who works on vintage cars, and hes only there once in a blue moon, so good luck getting your car worked on anytime soon.

Best car care and customer service ever! Conscientious, collaborative, great communication and fast turnaround. Plus youll get a good dose of humor from their lead guy Don. He greeted me with a smile and I drove off with an even bigger one. My car is now plenty happy too. I dont live in Fresno, but, if I did, European Automotive would be my go-to.

Customer service was okay, but when I picked up the vehicle they fixed one problem and gave me 2 more. Somehow my sunroof wouldnt close (when it shouldnt have been open in the first place) and was stuck in the up position, and then I find out a day later that my back leather seat was ripped right in the middle. Ill never go back there again...customers be aware of this place!!! Better off just going to the dealer...Let the professionals do it!

Todd runs a great company and has attracted great people. Theyve taken care of 3 Mercedes, a BMW, and an Audi over the years. When one gets out of warranty and we plan on keeping it, it goes to European Auto Service. I trust but verify and Ive never been disappointed. Honest, straightforward and great customer service.

Been having my work done at European Auto Service for six years now. I had a complete transmission rebuild on my Mercedes and was kept informed as the work progressed. Its been 2 years now and the car runs fantastic with no issues.Personnel are kind and professional with none of the nose in the air Mercedes elitism that I have experienced at another shop prior to my arrival at European.

Save your money and go some place else. Took my car there to get fix from coolant leaking at the water pump. Phil called back and said that his technician located that the leak was from the radiator and insisted it wasnt from the water pump. I told him to fix it if that was where the leak was from. After charging me 800 dollars replacing a radiator that didnt need replacing he then proceeded to tell me that that the leak was from a cracked water pump. Which was the original leak problem I had. So after spending 800 dollars I still have a leaking problem. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE honesty and integrity isnt their Forte. Dont make the same mistake I did.

On a scale of 1 to 5, Todd Lewis (owner) gets a plus 10 in our books! Todd went above and beyond to help us!! Our car broke down on a Thursday morning as we were exiting Yosemite Natl Park. We found Todds company on the internet. After telling his svc advisor, Phil Rodriguez, that we were in Oakhurst (40 min away), we were told to bring our car in and they could perform a diagnostic in about an hour (which they did). That wasnt the end . . . knowing how disappointed we were, as we had weekend plans, Todd personally drove us to get a rental car so we could continue with the plans we had made. He expedited the ordering of the parts we needed and told us our car would be ready by Friday afternoon. He called (great communication) to advise me when our car service was completed. He has many years of experience. He had worked 15 years for Mercedes Benz and many other years for another company. He also employs Mercedes Benz certified mechanics. Knowing his office was closed on Friday, we said we would just stay in Fresno until the repairs were completed. He said to keep our plans and that he would be happy to meet us on Saturday to return our keys, which he did . . . who does that anymore!! Their waiting lounge is very comfortable, large, clean with lots of windows . . . very welcoming!! His calming demeanor gave us a sense of peace and trust! Todd is an amazing example of the goodness that still exists in people. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Todd and Phil should you ever need their automotive service!!!
