The agent and staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. They are also very responsive and return calls promptly. Most issues can be handled by phone, so I do not have to take a bus up there to deal with them in person! They handle my renters insurance and earthquake coverage.

There good they have a good price but what I don’t like is fill up paper and they send a lot my other insurance they never do that

Called to discuss a payment issue and he was very rude and had the nerve to say to me that YOU PEOPLE dont listen. Very unprofessional and I am still trying to figure out what he mean by YOU PEOPLE then I threaten to cancel my policy and that didnt matter to him at all.

I didnt realize I was paying way too much insurance on my 2 cars and home until I got a quote with Allstate. After 5 years I left AAA, Im glad I finally decided to search for better quotes. I know its probably everyones nightmare - searching for a better premium - but it was all worth it. If you are not with Allstate, I highly recommend you get a quote!
