For as long as I can remember, Jim Cunningham has been our family’s Insurance Agent. Jennifer and I are extremely satisfied with the service and the responsiveness we receive. Jim is a great person with great character and integrity. He is very trustworthy and provides excellent service as well. Jim has made the process of dealing with insurance easy and painless. This is an agent who CARES about his clients. I would recommend Mr. Cunningham to anyone needing auto, home, farm, ect., insurance coverage. I didnt have an appointment and he was so willing to help us. He was by himself in his office and I caught him on his way out. But he graciously gave his time and full attention to my needs.He helped me get just the right coverage I wanted at a reasonable price. He also gave me wonderful information that could help me even more in the future.The DMV gave me a difficult time acknowledging the insurance coverage. I am handicapped and had difficulty as I went through all of the steps I was being directed to do in solving this issue at the DMV. Ultimately I had to involve Mr. Cunningham. Once again he blessed me, he figured out the issue and it is resolved. Thanks to this dedicated agent, alls well concerning my auto insurance.He is an awesome agent.As a note: I had been shopping for auto insurance, at a fair price with the right coverage and road-side service for nearly 6 months, before. Then I remembered that my Great Uncle had Farmers insurance for many, many years. I had NO idea which Farmers agent to trust.My Great Uncle had been content with all of his coverages. So...in a way, I was guided to Farmers & Mr. Cunninghams office. If you believe in that stuff. Im a believer, now! 😉
