Contacted Kevin Lowrys office for a homeowners insurance quote. Talked to Jessica Salinas who was delightfully professional and responsive. She not only answered questions, provided thorough information and timely responses but was always very pleasant and patient. This is the kind of customer service that should be standard. I CANNOT even begin to express my appreciation of how I have been treated by Jessica in this office!!!😭 I just got in a car accident w my dog in a different city alone with all country roads and an undriveable car, I had no idea where to begin or what to do. I was so scared and crying uncontrollably. Pretty comprehensive interview. It would probably be helpful to have all dates and locations of procedures, medication changes etc in advance. It’s hard to come up with those on the spot and you want to be accurate

The Staff is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Kind, courteous and understanding. You will never have a better relationship with an insurance company! They never get irritated with questions, or if you call up to adjust your policy every other week (not that I would know of anyone that would do that😉😉). Kevin has been my insurance agent for 10+ years now, and I worked with him for about 8 years before that! He is extremely reliable and responsive. I dont know the staff too well but they have all been very friendly and extremely helpful as I have moved, gotten married, and purchased cars over those 10+ years. I dont know much about the insurance industry, so it is very comforting to have an agent I know I can trust!

I first became a customer of State Farm Auto Insurance way back in 1949 when in high school I purchased my first car. From 1949 in Santa Monica, CA my agent being Carl Moore, all the way up to Kevin Lowry in Oakhurst, CA in 2013, a total of 66 plus years and at least six or more different agents over the years, I have nothing but praise for their expertise and caring attention to my needs.
