Cheaper insurance but they charge for every service they offer. 60-70$ isnt cheap.

Okay insurance broker the company the paired Alliance United me with I have experienced constant threats of cancellations even though payment was posted on time and mediocre at best customer service

Everything was fine but they did not disclose their broker fee. I paid 361.00 dollars broker fee. That is INSANE. Farmers INS does not charge a brokers fee and that couldve been 4 months of paid insurance. Please ask and find out before you sign anything. Make sure you tell your family and friends..

Told me to come in to help me start a new policy but didn’t disclose that they will be charging you an outrageous broker fee that you believe is the price to start a new policy but once you get your receipt you see how their “fee” is more than your new policy. You’re better off doing research and finding an insurance provider in your own and save your self hundreds.

You brokers always try to help you get the most for the least amount of money.. I’m really happy they do a fantastic job..

I am a returning customer to Fiesta Auto Insurance because I feel that there is concierge customer service at the Blackstone and McKinley location in Fresno California.

I sent my wife over to this place to see if we could get cheaper insurance. The first thing they did was try to get almost $600 in start up fees. Once they realized they couldn’t get that much they eventually, over time, came down to $170 start up fee and $120 a month. Which wasn’t any cheaper than what I was already paying at AAA. I told her to leave and we will look around. After a while my 5 month pregnant wife text me saying they won’t left her leave. They basically held my wife’s drivers license hostage and wouldn’t stop hounding her on this “great deal” and that they couldn’t hold onto it. Like it was going to vanish the second she walked out the door. I had to leave my job, walk over to this place, and make them give my wife’s license back so we could get out of there.But it shouldn’t have to come to that. My non confrontational wife should have been able to leave when she said she wanted to leave. This is a place of business and they try to trap you until you sign up with them. This is 2019. These tactics may have worked in the 70’s and 80’s. But you don’t get away with service like this anymore. Highly disappointed in this company. Beware of their sales tactics. Just avoid this place altogether.

Paid for full coverage. When we got in an accident I was told nothing was covered because my husband was driving. Turns out one of the workers put my husband on the list of people not to cover. Cancelled my insurance through them and was told it was effective immediately. Three days later they bedited my card for the next month premium. When I called them they said it takes two weeks to cancel when I was told by three different times by three different people that my card wasnt going to be charged. Also it would take an additional 2 weeks to receive my refund. They apologized that I got upset and refused to give me their license number. Whoever is considering this dont. Geico is way cheaper and up front about everything.

They were really eager to call me a couple times to get me to get insurance with them but when I asked to get a copy to my email and stuff they did not respond anymore and I called the person I was talking to and did not answer, I did get what I needed to get but I would like if they were more responsive

DONT GO HERE! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. My son went in here and paid 600.00 down 400.00 of which is a brokers fee and has nothing to do with insurance. Later he bought a car and wanted to add the car to the policy and they wanted another 300.00 fee. These guys are a pure rip off and I have already started a letter to the Insurance commisoner about Fiesta and I encourage all of you to do the same.

Open a policy with auto pay when I was setting it up I told them senior citizen on social security get paid once a month would like the auto pay due date on the 3rd was told no problem once I gave them my deposit and first month installment I asked for printout of my due dates was told they couldnt do it I had to wait to get it from my ins company. When it arrived wrong date for the withdrawal called the ins co was told fiesta knew the dates cant be change to go back and ask for rewrite to change the date. Go back now they are asking for another deposit cause its a new policy. It wouldnt had been a new policy if they didnt lie to me in the first place. So upset my blood pressure went up got a massive headache and now Im laying down was a horrible experience they flat out lied and no I didnt rewrite my policy. Im stuck with the due date of the 30th in auto pay and I get paid on the 3rd horrible just horrible

This place is really bad. The employees there are really rude and are notHelpful at all. Every month I go pay my insurance they always mess upOn something. They either over charge me or charge me twice and I have to be calling them or driving over there. They need real professional employees.
