I highly recommend this company to everyone and yes they are legit. I applied for the PG&E Energy & Weatherization service and less than a month i was contacted by Phonesee who came to my home and checked to see my current appliance (refrigerator & washer) to see if i will be able to qualify for new ones in mines was either old or not functioning as it should be. I was told that I qualify for a new refrigerator. I was scheduled in a few days for the team to come and do what ever work that they See that needed to be done or what needs to be replaced and they just started working on it. I was shocked by how quick they all worked on my home and i like that they are great team player! Thank you so much Yeng Her, Jerimiah, Jose, and Albert! Overall, this business is professional and have a great team that works fast! I have attached photos of the things that was done. Next i will be waiting for a phone call to have the new side by side refrigerator to be install.

Balanced Comfort was able to come out the same day within a few hours and completed the repair. Then I received a email with photos, a estimate, an invoice, and a payment link. I had a problem with my air conditioning. It wasn’t blowing cold enough air. I got a flyer in the mail from balance comfort. A gentleman came out by the name of Jose. He assessed my situation and gave me a quote which was fair. Jose is an amazing person to work with. He’s accommodating, thoughtful, thorough and informative. He follows through with his work. He makes things simple and easy to understand. He was not messy he left everything clean. He explained everything to me. My air conditioner runs great now The first visit he came and assessed the situation. He did fill up my Freon tank in my air conditioner. We set a date for the things that needed to be fixed. I had never had maintenance done on my air conditioner so there was a couple things that was wrong with it. My air conditioner is 11 years old. Again such a great experience so awesome from beginning to end. I am now on their program so they can come and check on my heating and air-conditioning equipment. These guys rock and Jose is amazing. I would suggest this company to anybody. I know they would be really satisfied. Customer service from the reception all the way to the technician it is a great experience. Balanced Comfort service was excellent all the way around. From the first call we had a tech arrive the very same day. David Lopez was very polite, professional and took his time explaining his findings and what the follow up would be. David did some extra background follow up for us and called back next day with results and to let us know parts were available. Phone, text and email messages were responded to immediately by the front office staff. We can highly recommend Balanced Comfort.

Last year we used Balanced Comfort for an AC issue and were extremely pleased with the service we received that we decided to call them to see if they could recommend a plumber. To our surprise, they informed us they could help. They came out the same day and helped us resolve our issue. Extremely professional and transparent. We highly recommend them.

My parents were referred to this company since the last company that was contracted with PG&E flaked and then went out of business. They did an amazing job and were very kind to my elderly parents. The workers that came out were Juan and Julio, they did some great quality work and very quick. I would refer this company to anybody.

Yesterday was one of the hottest days in Fresno, CA this year (2021). It was on a Sunday night when I my condenser stop working. So, I woke up early Monday morning and called Balanced Comfort and the earliest time they had was a few days later. Of course, I was sad but I knew this time of year everyone’s AC was breaking down, so I scheduled the appointment.That was done around 7:30 AM Monday but about 30 min later I got a call back from Tommy to let me know they were able to get a technician out to my home within 20 min. Jimmy came out and within 15 minutes was able to tell me what was wrong with my unit I asked a lot of questions and we talked during the repair. I could tell that he was honest and forthcoming with all the details about my unit and that made us feel really good about using Balanced Comfort.I was really happy that it worked out and they called me back to get our homes AC back in working order the same day. I know Balanced Comfort maybe a newer AC company to the Valley but the people there were very nice, respectful and fast.The service was so good, I ask for a yard sign so my neighbors could see who fixed my AC.

Our original door was warped looking and not sealing. They installed a new outside door for us on our mobile home that was not an easy task to take on and they did a phenomenal job. I have some angle to my roof and had a company come out that said they wouldn’t do it. While making the appointment with balanced comfort I advised them of this and they asked for a picture, and they had the technician state that they were ok with it before making the appointment. Jose was on time and friendly. This is how a maintenance visit should be.*** update, after reviewing the owner gave me a call to see how everything went, and if there was anything they could have done better. He made sure to state he was not calling for me to change my rating , but wanted to know what can they do in the future to make it a 5 star experience. I explained that 5 star and 1 star reviews are rare to me, and even when I look at reviews I typically look at the 2-4 stars when I want an honest review. The owner understood, thanked me for my time, and the call was over.To me 5 stars means they did something that was not at all expected and way above and beyond while being extremely beneficial to the customer. A one star makes you feel like you were wronged in some manner. While these two extremes do happen they are fairly rare.I am not adding a star because the owner called wanting me to change my review, I’m adding it because the owner cared enough to see if there was anything they could do better in the future. The owner actually cares and only good things can come from an owner always truly striving for excellence.

They always triage to ensure the most needy customers get good, fast service.Jimmy did not try to upsell me on anything. I asked him a question about greater air flow and he recommended and installed something I had never heard. He patiently explained the product and its benefits and it coincided with my current search for a home Air purifier. He installed it the next day.I also used Comfort Air this past winter with the same results. Highly recommend 👌

Jose did a great job and came out on a Monday after calling in on a Sunday for repair. Id like to say it was on the pricey side but Jose did a nice job of also checking my attic providing some additional value and for a last minute repair and when its 104 outside I expect to pay a premium. Id definitely recommend Jose with Balanced Comfort when in a pinch.

I am very happy with the work that was done for me today! This was a last minute appointment for an AC repair and it was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price, during a heat wave! The tech was very professional, very nice, and provided helpful tips for preventative measures in the future. I would highly recommend them because they were on top of their game and it is so appreciated! I have seen their vehicles around but had not been paid a whole lot of attention but now they have my attention, I will be calling them in the future for services for my AC and furnace. He went in the attic to determine if there were any leaks, which he found none. He explained that the numbers for my system would be stored and rechecked when I have my unit serviced in the future. Such a good experience with their company today. Juan was very professional and was very patient with all the questions I had, and took the time to answer them. I didnt feel like he was rushing and made recommendations. Granted we think our AC unit hadnt been serviced in years so he took the time to discuss with me issues and recommendations for the unit to run more efficiently. I also liked that they sent an email with all the pictures that was taken and what they had done for record keeping. Will be calling them for any future needs.

Today was an installation of an iWave-R air cleaner onto my already awesome AC/Hvac system that was originally installed earlier this year. We are so happy with the original installation and the maintenance that was given to us without having to call as a reminder.San was our contact this time for the maintenance of the air filters and heat unit. He was knowledgeable, prompt and reliable. Friendly and outstanding in all ways. He was called out for a quote for the air cleaner and recommended the iWave-R.I have breathing problems with the ash and heavy particles in the air these pass years in the San Joaquin Valley.As soon as the air cleaner was installed I felt a remarkable difference. San picked the best one for our home. We truly relied on him and he took care of us like we were family.Balance Comfort is an amazing company to their customers. Big fan of BC. We have worked with most of the major plumbing and HVAC companies in the Valley, and BC is the only thats been consistent in professionalism and value. We have had HVAC repair and regular yearly maintenance done with BC and had issues found without push for costly repair, just recommendation and availability if you choose them. The maintenance is thorough, with pictures of work and a walkthrough of what was done. Quotes stay within range, and service is always polite and considerate. Looking forward to an energy audit soon and future projects with these guys! 👍

They did a wonderful job and are very friendly when they answer questions that I have.Update: I realized that everyone in the apartment building has the same design of door knobs, and it turns out that its the same key too. This is a huge concern and definitely a huge problem on the companys side.The company came back to check out the door locks and changed it for the building. I am very satisfied with the work.
