Slow to respond. Would not respond to phone calls. Did not provide work sheet showing what service they provided. Not satisfied with their service.

Did not come on time ,,an hour late ,did not call,when i called ,they gave me the run around, then she said she couldnt hear me,but i could hear people laughing on the other end ,frustrating and very ,very unprofessional. Will tell my insurance company not to call them ,,ever !!

My families home required a new ducting system for one of our AC units. We received a handful of quotes from local repair companies, however, Toby was the only one to explain the process in detail and offered a very reasonable rate. AHS also sent a work order out to this company 3 days ago and we have yet to get a call from Toby and SEVERAL attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful…I am extremely upset.

My heater decided to stop working and it’s been freezing cold in the morning. I was referred by a friend to Fahrenheit and decided to give them a call. They were able to come out the next day and figured out the problem. They found out that my circuit board was out and told me that I needed a new one. They came back the next day and was able to get my heater up and running again. Parts and services was very reasonable. Prompt, courteous, on time. Dealt with Toby on our air conditioning maintenance for our unit. He gave us lots of information and was helpful in his recommendations on things not even related to the unit but can hinder the ACs operation. Overall it was a good experience.

I called Fahrenheit hvac to fix my heater from a friend’s reference and the owner came out and fixed it for a good price. He explained the process and how much everything was going to cost. He used drop cloth where he set up his ladder and vacuumed up after he was done. Very professional and neat! Will use them again in the future!

These guys are LEGIT!!! The weather had dropped into the mid 30s over the Christmas holidays and one early morning, our heater went out. I was afraid I couldnt get anyone in a reasonable amount of time but I looked these guys up and they showed up in an hour and got my house warm again within an HOUR! I was seriously impressed and I dont give reviews but for this company, I made an EXCEPTION! WOW!

I had another company out previously that was recommending replacing of a capacitor (unnecessarily so). He showed me why mine was working within normal range and left without a sale. My ac unit kept running after I programmed it to reach a specific degree. I asked Toby to come check it out and I guess it was just clogged, no air flow, and it was over heating. Tried contacting this company several times, never got a returned phone call, didn’t get any paperwork/specifics regarding unit.Seems he’s just starting off and doesn’t completely have it down had to call out another company for 2nd opinion.

AHS uses this company as a contractor. 3 days after they received a work order they have yet to respond to ANY phone calls from me or AHS. Im wondering if they are even in business or alive anymore. Their phone voice mail is now full (probably with complaints).DO NOT BOTHER EVEN CALLING THIS COMPANY!

The guy was very professional. He came out and did my heater. He told me exactly what he was going to do and about how long it was going to take. I will be recommending him to any of my friends and family that needs service.
