I cant say enough about my experience here. I was towing a 22 ft Cuddy Cabin boat when I blew out both Right Tires. With only an hour left before closing I took the two rims off my trailer and brought them to Les Schwab. They had the new tires in stock and mounted them for me on the spot. I was out of there parking lot in 15 minutes. Always a great customer service experience here as well. Competitive pricing. Cant think of a reason to ever go anywhere else. The team at Les Schwab are amazing! They were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day to address a flat tire I had. Instead of replacing my tires for a quick sale, they repaired my tires at no cost. Truly excellent customer service. Anthony, Xerxes, and the rest of the team are all very professional. Guy tried to over charge and me and include services I did not request. They quoted me for four tires. I was asked to sign before even reviewing the estimate... estimate turned out to be twice as much as the verbal quote for four of their cheapest tires... do they get some kind of credit for selling more services? Idk but it seemed like a Wells Fargo

Waste of time!!! After dealing with two managers for a simple Lowering kit, I give up after months and months of waiting I was told week after week that’s a lower kit would be in .I was promised by the new manager Randy that he would do you things better than the last manager to come to find out he was a b.s. artist as well. Let’s see how long it takes to get my money back.

This place is awesome! I have a car which has tires not every store carry, not even the dealership. I was told in other places I could have a new tire in 2-5 days after having a nail in one of my tires. I gave this place a call and I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan. They had four of my tires in stock and it was an easy decision to head to Fremont to have my tire replaced. The nail was located towards the outer side of the tire and in most cases this means the tire is not reparable. Magically Ryan and his crew managed to repair the tire!!! I went there expecting to spend hundreds of dollars on a new tire. By the time everything was said and done I paid $0!!!! The repair was complimentary. Tires Les Scwab just got themselves a new loyal customer. I now have them on speed dial and I will definitely come back here next time I have problems with my tires. Spectacular service and very friendly staff! Highly recommend this place to others.

Nail in tire. Called while driving to work. Stopped at Charles Schwab in Fremont and was back on the road within 15 mins. Thats what I call great service!!!! It was no charge, but I had to leave something.

Very friendly staff and nice service in general. I have changed here 3 years ago. Recent notice a leak in one of the tires and took my car there they diagnosed and fixed it free of charge. Apparently there was a screw in it.The only thing to improve would be the wait and transparency of it. I needed to wait for an hour for a 10 minutes job. They didnt tell me how long it might take. You have a tire life time free services like repair and rotation but they didnt offer them to me. I am sure if I asked they would do it.

A low tire sensor on my dash activate. I checked the 4 tires and all were at proper tire pressure. I stopped by Les Schwab in Fremont to see if they can trouble shot this issue. They gave me a quote for a low battery on a sensor. It was a free tire check. They determined it to be a low spare tire and I would have never considered it had sensors on them also! No charge and out within an hour. Thank you for the service. Also purchase my tires from here. I use to be a Big O customer for years and have purchased over 8 sets of tires from them. However, I had a terrible experience at Big O in Newark, Ca and will never go back again.

They have great customer service here which is why I keep coming back. They have a fast turn around. I had 4 tires replaced in 45 minutes.They usually have free popcorn too but since there is a pandemic, no more popcorn.

Very thorough and prompt service. Answered questions and made reasonable reccomendations. I went in to replace my two rear tires. It took longer to drive there and then home; then it took for me to ask questions, select tires, complete the service and be on my way.

This is my go to place for my tire needs. Last time I had a bad case of flat tire, I brought my car here. They told me to come back in an hour or so. When I picked it up, they told me theres no charge since it was just a simple patch. I did buy tires from them in the past, so not sure if that had any influence, but definitely appreciate the gesture. The person serving me was friendly and was easy to deal with. I will definitely keep coming back here for my tire needs.

Yesterday, Saturday, went to Les Schwab and got two new tires. The service was friendly and professional from the beginning. I was told an estimated waiting time which was accurate. It was a good experience.

Quick, honest, friendly service, skilled technicians, good quality tires, and excellent warranties. You might pay a little more to come here, but it is SO worth it. I wish they had a location in Morgan Hill so I didnt have to drive so far to go here.

I ran over a nail a few days ago while pulling up to my friends house. The next day I called Les Schwab and told them what happened, and they said I could come in for a complimentary free tire / wheel patch. I had no idea companies offered this service for free. I guess if they couldnt fix it, Id have to get my new tire from there, but anyways, they patched it for free. Randy (he said he had been working there for 20 years or so) was very friendly and informative. Ill definitely come here in the future for tires since they have a huge selection.

I had an appoint for a wheel alignment. I figured Id go for a run - come back in an hour. They did not even move my car until one hour after my appointment began. Then 1h 40m later they said they couldnt get the wheel off because it was too rusted, and I would have to come back later. They were eventually able to get the wheels off without new parts and I got the alignment for free, which I appreciate. But if your time is precious to you - appointments seem mute here.

Came in and came out with the same problem. But still I was charged $89.99 for wheel alignment. Not good!

They made me feel like I have been a customer of ten years! The thing that i enjoyed most about my first time experience is that I could here the techs out in the garage laughing and having fun! What this tells me is that im at a business where the people who work there enjoy what they do, and because they enjoy what they do, their work speaks positive volumes. Front desk gal was very nice, said it would take about 30 to 40 min (because I had an appt., without appt 90 min)service guy, Dave S M was very nice, they put plastic covering my seat.wore gloves and mask the entire time.was out in 40 minutes, repair cost free, they checked the brakes and rear shocks too. What a nice group of people, will be back next time I need tires !

Les Schwab has old time customer service in Fremont, and its amazing. I bought four tires there, and have had numerous tire rotations. I even brought in my wifes car for a slow leak, and they repaired it for free. Just an incredible staff and incredible service. Will definitely use them from now on for all my tire needs.

I bought my tires here a while back and have procrastinated on taking advantage of the free tire rotation they offer customers. I recently had some air pressure issues so I finally came down to get my tires checked out and rotated. They found the culprit of my problem - a screw punctured into one of the tires. They fixed that on the spot for free too while rotating the tires. In and out of there in 25 minutes. Couldnt be happier. Great service.

Always a fair price. My last tires lasted 60k. I also made sure to take advantage of the free rotation more often than I had done in previous years. Now trying their in store brand. Great performance so far.

First time here. Had a nail in left rear drivers side tire. When they called me up, told me my brakes were good, shocks were good, told me about the nail and then said that there was no charge. WOW! Turned my day around!

We arrived at 5:20 pm and not only did they have our tires in stock, on sale, and able to get us the spare by the following week, but they stayed forty minutes past closing(6).In addition, every single person that we dealt had more than exceptional genuine customer service.

Good service and nice staff. They provided excellent service. The location used to be a Jeep, and Mercury, car dealer location. Therefore, the area is large and spacious. Also, many restaurant in the area to get lunch while car is serviced.

Had a flat tire. Went to a tire shop down the street first, and they told me theyd have to order a replacement tire, and that it would arrive by end of day. Went to Les Schwab. Was immediately greeted by Brandon, who is really nice and quick. Brandon patched up my old tire, no charge, and had me out the door in 20 mins. Ill be back here again for sure! I absolutely love this place for tire and brake care. I had a flat in December and they fixed me up quickly and at a great price, and were super honest about the options. Today I brought my car in for wobbly brakes and they resurfaced my rotors and replaced my lugnuts after noticing they were warped and swollen. They give you a clear description of the problem and never overcharge, and have given me options at different prices as well. Honest, friendly, and fast. You cant do better in Fremont!

I had an appointment and still waited an hour and a half. The staff were friendly but slow. After they repaired my tire, they did not put my valve stem back. The other Les Schwab Ive been to would work in the order which the customer comes in, but at least three people got ahead of me even when they came in later. Not cool.

These guys have never tried to upsell me or overcharge me. If they can fix a tire for a few bucks, theyll do it--unlike the dealership who would try to sell me a few grand worth of brand new tires. Theyve earned my trust.

So I went in to the store to make a payment. I was having trouble with my window not staying up. So while I was paying my bill I was taking with the guy asking his advice on what I should do. He then recommend a really good mechanic. I informed him I didnt really have the money for that bit thanks anyway. He then pulled out his phone Googles my problem and it seemed to be an easy fix. He had me pull my car around to reset my window. He disconnected my battery waited then reconnected it, help my window button down then up, and BAM my window was working perfect. They really went above and beyond for there customers!!! You have an amazing staff there!!!!

I heard someone say can I help you, I went to the counter where a gentlemen was watching soccer. I waited and a woman walked up and said can I help you arrogantly! I said excuse me but I didn’t know if he was helping me watching soccer or... she responds rudely I’m more than capable of helping you very loud!! I said I don’t need your service!!! ThanksLes Schwab for the great Cudtomer Service!! You obviously don’t need me as a customer!!!
