Bad service, service was really bad, waited in line for 20min without responding to me. Even already made appointment.Did not honor what earlier agreed wheel alignment service, keep nagging your car is high end car, hard to repair... bra... bra...bra... this was very unprofessional.He has no idea that I installed my own suspension and just need to do an alignment. The alignment is not hard at all!!!

Pathetic customer serviceI dropped my car at12.30 for flat repair and oil change and they asked me to pickup before 3pm. I called at 2.30 to know the status and they told me it may take few more hours. Although initially I told them I am getting late to reach somewhere. And no courtesy to call me and tell me that they are running behind schedule.Dont bother to go there and save yourself some time.

I have been using them on all my cars for various things including brakes, oil and tires they have always been speedy and honest.

Customer service at this location is terrible. The man at the front desk is very rude to the customer. When they get my money then they are very nice but when I tell them about there is problem after I changed my tired . Suddenly they change their attitude into bad manner. I give them F grade. I am giving this a 1 for only one reason, the dont honor their appointments.I took my friends car there for an oil change, which they did perfectly. BUT with an appointment made three days in advance it took them 3 hours to get it done. Seven cars went in and were serviced before they took mine, including three people who came in after me. Why make an appointment if they arent going to honor it?

These guys really know how to take care of you! You can always pull up and get air in your tires. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but its totally worth it. The customer service here is fantastic. They always try to get you the best deal. My car is really heavy and my toes didnt last as long as predicted. So they gave me credit for my previous tires AND then a discount for all the trouble. I feel very well taken care of and I really liked that they didnt dumb down the information just because Im female. That had happened to me SO MANY TIMES. anyway.. these guys are great. Give them a call the price match and get you a great deal!

First problem with Wheel Works, Fremont Blvd., they stopped taking appointments for service, only walk-ins, per the Mgr., when questioned, his response was, Are you telling me how to run my business; no, Ive been coming here since it was a GOOD GUYS store (Im sure that he didnt mean that comment, and Im sure that he was joking; he commented that he had to furlough most of his employees.Were open 8-5, pointing to a sign; I came back Saturday and arrived at 7:45 am to a line of customers; the wait wasnt to bad; the work I needed was Alignment, tire balance & rotation; come back in about 2 hours, will call.I arrived to pick up car, the alignment was done, but I was told they could only balance and rotate The front two tires and that the back tires were to worn for safety, (Mgr. didnt offer to tell me what were the tire gauge measurements, I had only 34k miles out of 70k warranty), He told me if you want tire replacement it will be $94.00 per tire, and told me that a lot of suspension work is needed, which I already new from previous service done there. (Did I mention I purchased hazard and lifetime rotation & balance, plus lifetime alignment just 3 years prior from the Wheel Works Fremont Blvd). Needless to say, I left the store very upset, but I didnt yell or scream what was on my mind, I did say that Im sure that another tire store will do the work I need completed, then I just gave them a bags of chocolate Pocky sticks, mixed nuts and Wasabi Almonds for being open during the C-19 virus.I then went immediately to 4 other tire store outlets in Fremont to have them examine and quote Alignment, tire rotation & balance. All 4 tire outlets in Fremont gauged my tires, quoted rotation, balance and aliment & told me that all tires were in safety specifications, even the Wheel Works on Albrae St. Fremont, just call us for an appointment; I did not tell any of the 4 stores of my experience with the Wheel Works Fremont Blvd. store. I have written quotes from the 3 stores w/ the tire gauge notes. the 4th.store on their business card. I will start using the Albrae or Newark stores in the future; the bottom line is, Im still mad that I wasted half my day and being disappointed with the Wheel Works Fremont. Blvd.Fremont.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I also would hate to leave a dishonest one, too. Brought my car in here a while back for a tire patch job and showed up at ~12pm and was there all day (literally left when they were closing the doors).You probably didnt have an appointment, you might say. Well, heres the thing — I was around the lobby long enough that I heard folks coming in WITHOUT appointments, and getting in and out service. Folks that needed far more work than I needed. Remember: I just needed a tire patched.Anyway, to make a long story short, it took these guys around 6+ hours to tell me that they couldnt patch my tired, but theyd be more than happy to order some brand, spanking new ones for the car. Yeah, Im sure they would.I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt, so I assume these guys were just understaffed rather than unaware slackers.Oh, heres the kicker: took the car to the wheel works in San Leandro and was told the tire IS patchable. Was in and out of there (without an appointment) in 30 minutes from a smaller store with more customers. Huh, weird.

Terrible. Their website is absolute junk, and they know it, but flat out told me it was my fault for not calling them in addition to having made an appointment on the website. They didnt have the tires Id ordered on their website, and then tried to sell me higher prices ones. I was also told that it would take a few hoursto get two tires installed, even with the appointment. On the website, when making the appointment the options are I will leave my car or Ill wait for it , which is the option I chose. A few hours is just absolutely unacceptable in that case. If you cant deliver on what your website promises, you might be better off just not having it in the first place.

Quick servies! dropped car off 7:30am, car ready at 1pm. honest prices, I have brake replacements, synthetic oil change, replace car filter and cabin filter all for 660$. this other place, their competitor, charge me 600$ just for brake replacement, good thing they ordered the wrong parts and didnt fit my car.

Customer experience sucks. They don’t have tires and they don’t give me solutions instead they ask me to go store which is an hour away from this store.

Talked my 93 year old mother into replacing two front tires, ( that had less than 3,000 miles on them ) when only one was damaged and when I went back ( the following morning, a Sunday )to retrieve the tire that wasnt damaged I was told that the recycler had already been there and took it. BS!

I lost my ray ban sun glasses (it was removed from the case that was kept in the glove compartment). I went back, the supervisor was not very polite or helpful and they do not have surveillance cameras. It is sad that their whole team looks bad because of one persons act.

Dont bring your car here. These people have a sloppy way of working.We have been bringing our cars here for oil changes for a while. In the past, a couple of times they did forgot to reset the service indicator, which I thought was a minor issue.This time around, when I got my car back I definitely smelled something weird inside it, like gasoline or oil... I opened the trunk, and the oil cap was left there somewhere next to the engine. The smell of oil was getting in through the vent and inside the car. Im glad I smelled it, otherwise I would have driven for months with the oil tank open, and God knows where the cap would have gone.

Ive been getting my tires here for years for my cars and the wifes. I like the selection of tires and the prices are good. Previously at Costco I asked if They could mount slightly wider tires on my car than OEM and they wouldnt do it. I then took it to WWorks and they had no trouble doing it...so I appreciated the lack of bureaucratic bullshit. I have taken my cars to have tires rotated and had a couple flats fixed and they were able to get to those in an acceptable amount of time. I havent had other maintenance not related to tires as I have my regular mechanic for that so I cant comment about those. other services.

Worst service ever! Both my mom and I have taken our cars in for service on minor things and end up paying threw the nose. We wait for hours on end for things to be done. Have had to bring cars back numerous times for faulty work and faulty parts. Excuse after excuse gets old really quick.

Service is Good but expensive. In local auto shop they will charge 5-8 dollars for the tire repair but wheel works charge almost 3 times more.
