Took my gmc for transmission work got a great price for a whole new transmission plus warranty for a year. Quality work and great service starting with the front desk Mercedes!! Definitely would recommend this to a relative or friend and its definitely my go to shop for any auto repair I need. Turn around time for the job was fast besides waiting on the transmission to be shipped.

This was my first time using this shop and I am very happy with the service I received here. They were courteous, prompt, and the mechanic showed me problems with my own eyes instead of just telling me. I dropped my car off in and the work was done by the next day. I have recently used Aztek Auto in Fremont and both experiences have been excellent. We brought my girlfriends car in with a flat tire before work and they immediately set to work and were done in 20 minutes. It was very affordable, too. I later brought my car in for a oil change; I asked if they had any recommended repairs and they said no. They are exceedingly courteous, professional, honest. We are now loyal customers!

This is hands-down my favorite auto body shop. My dad was the very first one who referred me a year ago and he’s a very picky man. So it’s dad-approved! All repairs are always done in a timely manner and the customer service here is outstanding.

Rediculoisly overpriced. Tried to charge me $500+ to replace a ignition coil and a oil leak. Whent over to Stevenson Tire and they fixed it for $364. Dont go there and waist your time and money. Their con artists that will try to milk you for anything they can. Oh and their free shuttle is very unsafe. My daughter and I sat in the back seat and the seatbelts didnt evan work. Pathetic.

Excellent service, as usual! I have an old car with 220k miles. I received pictures of problem areas after inspection and during a call discussed the plan of action. Staff members provided detailed explanation about needed repairs and what needs to be done now and what is not urgent and can wait. This helped me to plan my budget and spread costs, avoiding non-critical repairs/services that can be done later.

Went to them recently and they told me that I have to get this Diagnosed . They are turning into a regular repair shop and are charging higher prices now for the same work they used to do for cheeper. Example: they charged me for an Oil Pressure sensor which they have a new Diagnostic fee there charging along with the oil pressure sensor which should cost around $100 dollars for the total repair. Now they charged me $300+ dollars for the oil pressure sensor! That sounds a little like a rip off! I used to give this place 5 stars but all there new fees are hiking up the prices is not fair for something that costs this little. I got ripped off $200 and I am now question there Price for fixing an oil pressure sensor. $300.00? Com on now! No fair

I had issue with the cylinders of my car. The folks at Azetk were very professional in dealing with the issue. I had to involve my insurance company since it was mechanical repair. Aztek guys helped in contacting the insurance company and kept me updated with it. I was very impressed by the way they handled the overall process. Will surely go back to them again.

This would be my second visit at Aztec Auto Repair and it definitely wont be my last. For a while I was looking for an auto shop in the Fremont area that ofcourse provided great service and was relatively inexpensive. Aztec does offer great prices but most of all they take care of all your needs. They provide an all round inspection of your car at no extra charge, something other auto repair shops dont provide. I remember visiting Firestone and they charged me $20 to simply check my breaks, Aztec did all that and more at no extra charge. To top it off, their staff is very attentive and friendly making your experience even better. This is honestly the best auto repair shop Ive visited.

Gave me an estimate of $750 to replace a pipe between the water pump and thermostat. I know the estimate is high already, since I replaced the thermostat before with another shop for around $550. I decided to let them work on the car, since my car is overheating. 2 hours later they call me again. This time they told me they have ordered the wrong part and it will now cost $1000.I told them thats way too much and I will take my car else where to fix it. They told me they have taken everything apart and I cant really drive the car.Very bad experience. I will never take my car back to that place again.

My first visit on this shop is good,no complain or whatsoever on the repair and bills.at the second visit its disgusting,i felt i have been robbed.i brought my car there for overheating and fans are not working.they charging me for more than a thousand dollars plus a few hoses changing.i took back my car because the bill is too pricey and they charged me $120 for diagnostic.and i found out later from a friend that the only problem of my car is a blown fuse that cost only $5-10.i was so pissed of.and promised not to come back on this shop again.
