We went to Fremont Hearing & Speech Center in Freemont because they accept our Medicare Advantage plan. Are we ever grateful for being sent to Heather and Brian! They are so professional in their work while also being warm and caring that we cannot imagine anyone taking better care of our hearing needs.We highly recommend this office to all who need help to improve their hearing. I had a fantastic experience at Fremont Hearing and Speech. I got a new, better hearing aid and was treated with courtesy and expertise. Brian is a good listener and attended to all my hearing needs, very thorough and competent. He made sure that I got the right product for me. I would recommend their excellent service to anyone.

Brian Grandon, the hearing specialist, was veryknowledgable about the hearing aids and their varied capabilities. He was professional and articulate when administering the hearing testing and fitting of hearing aids. He was patient and kind as the client I had brought for an evaluation is 90 years old. Heather, the office manager was also professional and pleasant in presenting paperwork and interacting with the client. I was very impressed with this office.

They were the best people I’ve ever dealt with for my hearing. Brian and Heather, both went out of their way to help me. I’ve been to 3 other hearing places and no one took the time and explained to me all the differences there are with hearing problems I’m having. I love my starkly hearing aids. This is my husbands second pair of hearing aids from Fremont Hearing & Speech. They have great customer service and Brian takes time with Jim and is never in a hurry. I like the fact that they make the trip out to Green Acres on a monthly basis too. That is a bonus for us. I am going to take my mother to Fremont Hearing and Speech too. We are customers for life !

Brian spent hours with me and not just a 15 minutes appt. Since I was his unique case with my severe hearing loss, he was not afraid to ask for help from 5 Starkey audiologists in a month. He said he learned a lot from my case. He researched trying to find the correct programs with my hearing aids. He was encouraging to me when I was getting frustrated and doubting if I was going to hear again. Im so thankful he took the time and with several tweakings that now is the answer that I needed to hear again with my new hearing aids. Brian was able to get me a Starkey tv device at no cost to me. I had many people praying for me to hear again and thanks to God and Brian that day did arrived Aug 27th.Angie was a great help in setting up my appt and setting up the thrive app on my Android phone. These people are awesome my husband was really agaunst hearing aids and they explained them to him and worked with him and he got them and he loves the will. i will recommend them to everyone that has a problem and they were not pushy at all.

I was very happy with the personal service I received from Fremont hearing and speech. They saw to that my Aides were properly adjusted and assisted with my financing.

I have been using Fremont Hearing for years. They have stood behind the hearing aids I purchased there a few years ago. When I had a problem they fixed or replaced the faulty aid. They test my hearing every year to make sure that there isn’t any problems with my hearing. I highly recommend them for your hearing needs.
