Helpful to the max!

I dont think Ive encountered such willful callousness and wanton disregard for customer care as I have here. These guys put even Comcast to shame. You make appointments to fix a defective product and then they cancel the appointments and refuse to serve you! They refuse to honor their own appointments!Hearing aids are often used by senior citizens who have limited mobility, so they cant easily make repeat visits to their store, and senior citizens are easily scammed by dishonest and duplicitous people. The people at this business should be ashamed of themselves for bullying senior citizens, for cancelling appointments, and for refusing to even meet with customers who desperately need their help. Hearing aids are expensive and these crooks just take the money and run.

I was very impressed with the changes at East Bay Hearing Center. Scott was SO nice and very friendly.
