Bobs professional approach is the best I have witnessed. He is straight forward in his ability to understand and solve a multitude of problems. I was told by another shop what they thought was my air conditioning issue-- when Bob heard what I had researched and ask me some questions on issues I had had with the system he felt that the other shop was in error. This proved 100% correct saving me from an expensive mistake. He takes time to keep his customers informed on any all issues and provides all replaced parts for your inspection. He then shows the work performed and answers all questions. This was truly the best automotive repair experience of my life time!!

I was referred to Tri-City Auto by my mechanic after a complex electrical problem in my 19 year old Mercedes ML320 was beyond my mechanics and even Mercedes Benz of Fremont - the dealers expertise to resolve. Dealer pretty much wrote off the car, and suggested to me to give up on it, but my mechanic did not want to give up and referred me to Bob instead..Bob took in the car and worked on diagnosing the problem patiently and his diagnosis was spot on! If you have complex electrical problems in your car driving you/your mechanic nuts, Bob is the go to guy!Once my problem was diagnosed, the necessary repairs made and car was fixed and back on the road with not a single electrical problem of the past resurfacing on the 1st go.Very very Highly recommend this place!

I was having problems with my Volkswagen and a friend recommended to bring my car here. Robert was very helpful and honest about what was wrong with my car. Price is great and my car is running like new! I would definitely recommend this place if your having problems with your car they will take care of you!

I could write a novel on the issues i have had in the last year plus with my 1998 Dodge Ram. Needless to say,more than one misdiagnosis (some from the same shop) before finally getting to Bob who found the problem on the first try. Great work,good price, professional service. I recently took two of my cars to Robert Molina of Tri-City Auto Repair for repairs (2000 Dodge Durango and 1998 Ifiniti I30). The Durango had quit running as if the ignition had just been turned off, and the Infiniti was running rough after the check engine light came on. Robert got back to me in very short order with his diagnoses and recommendations for repair. The work was done quickly and I am back on the road and the cars are running great.Robert is an excellent mechanic/technician, not to mention a great business owner. Hes very fast and accurate with his work and he lets you know right away what the issues are and how much the repairs will cost. I couldnt be happier with Roberts work and I will seek him out for my future automotive maintenance and repair work.

Bob was very knowledgeable and was able to help me out with an AC recharge.
