They are extremely professional an all guys know what there doing/talking about I was helped by ceaser an Tristan an they truly changed my opinion on independent shops came in with a bad knock coming from my motor near the injectors an automatically assumed it was lifter tick called an asked for advice an Tristan was very helpful in explaining the tick an also the solution they provide to prevent/stop the tick an they assured me they can take care of it but Upon arrival ceaser had me pop the hood no scanner or device in is hands just a flashlight an within a minute an a half he told me my power steering pulley was causing the knock I was beyond surprised when he put it on the lift an brought me the old one he told me it could of easily snapped my belt or worse! Also had a nice leak coming from the steering rack an I also told ceaser about it an he solved that as well! Couldn’t believe it thought I was going to have to replace the whole rack after all was done an little less then a hour the car runs like brand new an super smooth they will always have my business even for my PPI’s came all the way from the Monterey area stressed left feeling extremely blessed shouts to ceaser an Tristan an all the guys highly recommend them! #E90 #affordable

Every time I come here I am treated with respect and kindness. These guys treat me like they’ve known me for years and we are close friends. They explain everything really simply for me to understand and have the best price around. The management and staff working here really care about doing the right thing and getting your BMW fixed.

They were super fast and polite. Did a good job on fixing the gauge cluster of my 740i so Ill definitely be back in the future

Good guys, pleasant and communicative and def know how to properly diagnose bmw trouble codes and will see you even if you just drop by. Additionally, theyre very honest and stand by their past work - Cesar correctly diagnosed that my wastegate actuator needed adjustment after they replaced it a year ago, so he did it quickly, without additional charge and without me ever having to ask or push them about it. Will keep coming back!

Good quality fast service. I was quoted over $850 for a repair and these guys did the same job for under $300. They even gave me a loaner car for the day. I will definitely go back!!!

We placed an order last October. We didnt realize we had to send the core in, and we never received the part. When we contacted them, we had found the part elsewhere, and asked them to just refund the $219.98. They said we would have to email them. We did. We emailed several times, spoke to a few people who kept promising to figure out the refund and get us our money. Now, it is February, we still have not received our refund, and they have chosen to ignore us. I have turned them into the BBB, and they ignored them. Do not order from this company!!

Sold me a BMW that is now considered a savage vehicle. Sold to me by Amir in San Deigo. Did not let me know anything about a previous major accident. Used aftermarket parts(lights, haranesses and body part) not truly compatible with the car and have all kinds of problems. Later found out he closed shopped and moved. Never answering any calls. Be careful people. This is getting report and letting the finance company know also.

Nima installed 2 cats on my bmw 530i 2004 last year he put all oem parts included labor for 2700.00 i shopped around all the shops asked me 3400 to 3600$ he did very good job in 5 hours cant beat that price i have bmw 535i 2011 now i always take my car there ceaser is also knowledgeable person
