I had used the services in this location to bring my Fleer truck and personal vehicles with an acceptable level of service.However, today, the Manager in this location, not only was DISMISSIVE and RUDE, but also UNCOOPERATIVE. I believe this is SHAME and this person must be RE TRAINED in the beautiful art of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.I will try another location, in the meantime.

I drive a company fleet vehicle I called them up asking to drop my truck off and they can get it done over the weekend whenever they get it done and they tell me I can’t drop my truck off that they can’t squeeze it in that their next appointment is next Wednesday I know either auto repair shop on either side of the Mavis or Midas said drop it off. I will never service my fleet vehicle here again and fleet business is good business especially one that’s being dropped off and you can get to it at your own pace goodbye fire stone we’re done no need to respond on this

Jim, Jessie, and Mike are always respectful, & they take the time to explain the work needed, the reason why, and the breakdown of the cost. Excellent servicing of automobiles. Complete car care at upper end reasonable pricing. Very clean waiting area. Family friendly. No foul-mouth employees walking around trash talking at this place. Refreshing considering other automobile places (their employees) drop f-bombs every 15 seconds.

I blew a tire about 10 miles away; it was my insurance company that set me up to come to this Firestone. Even though they didnt have the tire I needed for my vehicle; the young lady and gentleman in the front and the young man who was doing the actual servicing of my vehicle were extremely helpful. They did the best they could to accommodate me; it wasnt their fault that I have tires that are not common. The gentleman went as far as calling around to other facilities, even their competitors, to attempt to locate my tire; to no avail. The young man doing the servicing wouldnt fix the tire, not because he didnt want to; it was because it would have been too dangerous and he said he couldnt, in good faith, do that. How they treated me and eventually my husband when he arrived was beyond good customer service. I commend them and I hope their upper management team will recognize that they have good folks working for them.

Had an unexpected road trip and needed a overdue tire rotation. The manager was able to squeeze me in after 12pm. My issue was addressed and completed within the hour. Super grateful to the manager and excellent technicians at the freehold facility for putting my mind at ease for the trip.Yes, Im a big fan of the freehold Firestone. Great job, great staff, what more do you need.

This is the only automotive service center I trust. They walk you trhough everything before moving forward. They will show you it ok your car, so you can see why they recommend specific services. Prompt service too. Its so easy to be taken for a ride by these type places, but I’ve been coming to this place since 2009 and I will continue to do so because of the trust they’ve established with me (and the work is done RIGHT!)

Scheduled an appointment for brake inspection. Estimated time was 1-1.5 hours. It took 3 hours. This was just for an inspection, not even for the repair. My appointment was at 2pm and they didnt touch my car till 4:30. Midas (down the street) had me in and out in 20 minutes after point of arrival. Will definitely be moving by business there after 4 years of loyalty to Firestone.

Nice friendly staff and quick diagnosis / wait time for brakes service, but the brakes are still squealing so I have to bring it back in to be looked at. Kind of inconvenient that they didn’t do it right the first time and brake fluid refill is an additional $82 charge ?! Why wasn’t I told about this the first time ?! I thought that was included in the price! So now the brake fluid was never changed and my brakes are still squeaking. Little disappointed tbh, but thank you for the friendliness I guess. 😑Update: they got a bit better! Fairly friendly & kind after all ^___^ I like how the credit card option allows you to pay it off over 6 months or so.

We’ve taken our cars to Firestone for routine service (tires, brakes, etc.) and have always been pleased with the service but want to single them out for recent extraordinary service. This past Saturday NJ was hit with torrential rains that rapidly flooded roads. Our daughter was home for the Thanksgiving weekend and had to drive through several flooded roads to get home that night. One spot was particularly bad as the water came up to the doors on her car. Several other cars did not make it through the flooded roadway. After driving through several flooded roads she heard some unusual noises from the car. Sunday morning the noises were gone but she had a 3 ½ drive back to Virginia. We wanted to make sure the car was ok and called Firestone asking if they could check it out. We spoke with Mike (Service Manager) who was most understanding and said they’d look at her car. Mike and the crew at Firestone thoroughly checked out her vehicle and determined everything was ok. He was most sympathetic to our daughter having a long drive ahead and our seeking reassurance her car was roadworthy before she left. He generously did not charge us for their time examining her car. We were extremely pleased with the service performed by Firestone and the genuine concern for her safety exhibited by Mike and his team.

Train-wreck of an establishment.Although the manager Jim is very nice and accommodating, the mechanics here seem to be much less than competent. My car has been sent back to me several times after repairs with other problems that were not there to begin with before bringing it in, causing much more inconvenience than is worth the money.They recently replaced a broken fuel pump (which was outrageously expensive) and returned my car with the fuel gauge broken. On another occasion, My car had cracked sway bars on the front and rear end, but they only repaired one side. Most recently, my car was returned with 2 missing lug-nuts and 2 loose lug-nuts from one tire. My tire was held on by 1 lug-nut for 2 weeks and was very close to falling off while I was driving. When I called to inform them of this, they said that it could not have been their fault. I find this to be unlikely, as I noticed a strange noise (caused by the loose tire) as soon as I picked up my car from their shop. I did not bring it back to them to fix because I absolutely no longer trust any of their mechanics with my vehicle.While my mother was there recently to pick up my car, there were 2 mechanics aggressively and loudly arguing with each other in front of all the customers. These mechanics need to be properly trained, and spend more time doing their job correctly than wasting time fighting.Do yourself a favor and go to a local family-owned mechanic. They take much better care of your car at much better prices. Firestone is ridiculously overpriced, and they quite simply do not give a damn about you or your car, just your money.

I have been going to this Firestone for years and have always loved their service. Last week my minivan was stalling and not shifting properly. Firestone stated that my transmission may need work and referred me to a place. I got and oil change and tune up. When I got home I checked my transmission fluid levels and I was very low. All the fluid levels are suppose to be checked during the oil change and tune up. Thank goodness I do not need a new transmission, but its obvious that they did not check the fluid levels.

Made appointment at 12:00 to mount 4 tires and have the car aligned. Told them Id wait. (I mean, how long could that take?) Told maybe an hour or hour and a half. Seeed like a crazy amount of time for that, but I figured what the hell. Three hours later, they finished. THREE HOURS! So glad I made an appointment. What kind of managers function like this? Why even bother with appointments? If they told me 3 hours, I would have had someone pick me up. How could the manager not realize how long the wait would be!

Their repairs are well done and they inform the customer of all the details and charges. They are also very convenient with hours 7 days a week. We highly recommend having your vehicle serviced and repaired at this location.

I stopped coming here 2 years ago.They still owe me $100 for joyriding with my vehicle behind the store ,which Firestone promised to pay and renigged on.Brought my 2003 GMC in for a metallic noise,tech had it an hour after 2 others helped him they couldnt find anything.The manager at the time,Anthony said he was going to test drive it,I aked him not to brake hard as I had a computer chip from Liberty Mutual in the dash.He disappeared around the back of the store for about 5 minutes and brought the truck back covered in muddy splatters,and hopped out saying the vehicle was fine.When I got home and checked my Liberty Mutual daily progress,there were 13 hard stops in a 3 minute time frame and 10 rapid accelerations,destroying my insurance discount,Since I was at the end of my 90 days there was no way to recover it.I complained to corporate,and they refunded the $25 I was charged for the inspection,and promised to refund me the $80 I lost on the insurance discount along with the $20 for the car wash,after Anthonys vindictive joyride outback.Shortly after,they changed their tune and made the refund contingent on me removing ALL reviews describing the incident,I said no way,so Firestone never paid the $100 they owe me for the damages.DEADBEATS.I am a veteran of the US Army on disability,if they need the money worse than me they can keep it.

I wanted tires for my truck. The wait was long and at the end finally, I was told that All my lug nuts for all the wheels need to be replaced! An extra $300+ and another 45 minute wait. Really! Its hard to believe that all were bad because the mechanic had trouble removing them from his socket! Perhaps the socket wrench as the wrong size or maybe that was worn down. Needless to say watch the upselling they do here.Very disappointed in them!

Needed a new set of tires, and after calling around this location was cheapest for a good quality set. Scheduled a time to bring my car in, easy no issues. Place was crowded when i got there, but they managed to put my tires on in a half an hour, and i was on my way. Been about a year now and i havent had any issues.

I brought my flat tire for repair at this center and was told it could not be fixed because the hole was too close to the side which it was an inch away on the tread which rides on the road. I was told I would have to buy a new tire at $250. I took my tire to another place who fixed my tire in less than 20 minutes with a patch on the inside of the tire. I just want buyers to beware of the criminals who work for this establishment. OMG they are the most dishonest people in the tire business. If you dont want to be taken advantage of and robbed stay away from these CRIMINALS !!!!!!!!

This place is a joke. Was told total job would take 1:45. After arriving 1 hour early for my appointment and waiting the described 1:45, I left with the store manager telling me that they have no reasonable explanation and still have to order my brake pads. The last time my wife went there for an oil change my driveway was covered in oil for them not putting the oil pan on securely.I should have learned my lesson but maybe someone else will learn from my experience.Avoid this place at all costs and go to mavis or just about anywhere else

Very upset with their customer service. I called them about changing oil and tires. It was snow day. They said shop is open and I can stop by. I came hour later and the shop was closed. It wasnt even noon. I called them again. Obviously phone ringed inside but nobody answered. Thankfully Good Year down the road was open. That guys always do good job. Never again will I go to Firestone.

Not sure if I’ll be coming back here. Went for my oil change told me I needed and air filter and cabin filter. When I told them I just got it changed by aaa they told me “oh well we didn’t look at it we just recommend it”. That seemed very interesting to me and when I questioned it the guy got angry at me. Worst cumtomer service I have exprienced at any auto center. I bought the Firestone lifetime alignment plan. After my first alignment, my cars starts to veer so I thought I might bring it back in for a re-alignment. I call on the phone to check if there is a wait, and I am told there is none. When I get there (10 mile drive) I find out there is a 3-4 hour wait, and the employee that I talked to on the phone has the audacity to tell me that I heard him incorrectly on the phone. Needless to say, Im extremely disappointed. Dont go to Firestone, and dont pay for their lifetime services because then you will be stuck with their crap work, crap service and crap attitudes.
