I normally dont leave reviews, but my experience with both the sales and service department at the Ray Catena Mercedes Freehold dealership have been superb. Our sales guy Jack went above and beyond. Has followed up to ensure we were happy. Reached out again at our one year anniversary to see how things were going. Had to bring car in for a new tire, and another time for a recall and regular service. Each time the process was seamless. The service department is very friendly, accommodating, and communicative. Highly recommend.

After being in the Bussiness for over 15 years I have never had to deal with someone so nasty.I emailed ray catena corporate and instantly got a call from the gm of the store where my wife was mistreated because she didn’t purchase this one car from ray catena. My family currently has 5 cars purchased through the catena auto group. This wonderful gm I will not put her name here. I will say she went and looked me up and said I’m not one of there customers. It’s but my wife has her Mercedes and her Infiniti that was purchased from one of the Ray catena dealers. Never again doing any Bussiness with them.

Michael the service rep is a nice and helpful person. He used a coupon to lower the service cost (always high for any Mercedes). He took care of some little thing for free. Service done quickly and throughly. They alway wash and clean the car.

Courteous staff. They go all out to make your experience there top notch without any glitches. Repairs are done with factory parts in a timely manner. I would not buy from any other dealership.

Terrible service always keep the cars for long time and they never give a comparable loaner. Always the most basic cars even with appointments. So you end paying the monthly lease on a car you never drove. Ray catena is a great dealership but when it comes to service do yourself a favor and go to the edison location.. this location needs serious help.

Had my car service done earlier this week and my representative was Mary Sabine. I dealt with Mary several times before as I bring my car in for service.I must mention that Mary is awesome! she is the best and is a role model for auto service departments. She is pretty attentive to details and always takes cares of all my requests without any further follow ups from me. She also calls with reasonable recommendations and does an amazing job at setting customers expectations.I recommend for Mary to become the service manager over there so she can share her great experience with newcomers.

My service coordinator was Chris Paserba. He gave me updates on what was being done to my car, every step of the way. They kept my car for 2 extra days to make sure everything was fine when the vehicle was returned to me. He set me up with a loaner so there was no problem. He arranged it with the cashier so I could pay over the phone. Finally he had the vehicle delivered to my office. The whole thing was a breeze. Make sure to look for Chris Paserba if you need your vehicle serviced in Freehold. He was excellent.

I dropped off my 2016 at this location early in the morning I get call from my service writer that my car was ready, I get there at around 6:30 paid my bill, turned in the loaner, when I get inside my car, my car has the same issues, I go back and they tell me there was nothing they can do and I had to come back but won’t be able to keep the loaner and meanwhile all my lights on my dashboard was on. I left my PPA badge card in the loaner, they took it and said it wasn’t there. They only care for brand new cars !! They don’t treat pre owned customers the way they treat someone buying a brand new car!!
