We just had our daughters Sweet 16 at Courtyard Banquet and they did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. We had to switch our venue the previous week and from the time we called Sam everything was coordinated for us immediately. Sam and his staff were a pleasure to deal with.They made us very much at ease and were attentive to every one of our questions and concerns. On the day of the party it seemed that every staff member was there for whatever we needed. They allowed our vendors to move around the times of certain aspects of the day to accommodate what needed to be done. The maître d was always on top of making sure that my family, along with all of our guests, were well taken care of.I will add in that they are not the cheapest place and may be quite more than many others in the area. While this was a concern at the beginning, I can only state that it was money well spent as they went above and beyond for us. From beginning to end they helped make the day one that we will never forget. The food was good, the place was clean, and the staff was superb. We would highly recommend that you check this place out when looking to book a party.

Loved this place. Just held my daughters sweet sixteen and they were very accommodating and professional, and delivered a great event. They worked with my vendors, provided attentive service, and I was pleased with the outcome of it all. I dealt with Sam the manager and he was excellent, whatever I asked he made it happen. He helped me have a worry free night to enjoy. Peter was designated to be my person for the night during event to go to and he was superb as well, all around great service and quality.

I had a wonderful experience throwing my engagement party here. Working with the restaurant manager was seamless. He was very helpful, thoughtful, and responsive to my many questions throughout the process. Multiple people at my party loved the décor of the hall and the food, especially. Overall, great place to have a 100-200 person party, with delicious food and a very helpful host. Thanks Sam!

Banquet Hall is newly remodeled and very nice! I had my daughter’s first birthday party there just a month ago and everyone loved the place, the food and not forgetting the staff!Sam was very helpful and accommodating and so was the staff! Lots of parking available and banquet hall is very big, we have no complains... book your next event at Courtyard Banquet!You guy did a very good job! My niece had her Sweet 16 on Saturday. All I can say is thank you thank you!! Food was great and the Manager awesome. Mary was the original person I booked with but Pri (not sure spelling) took over and made sure we were happy every step of the way. He was a text or call away and always answered. Thank you again for everything.

One of the best place to do gathering for 150/160 people. The decor and ambiance is very good with equally good (if not better) food and service. Best banqueting space in Freehold.

Hosted a baby shower there over the weekend. Very nice venue. Mary and her staff were very accommodating. Food provided by the restaurant was delicious. Lovely place, would use again for events in the future.

This place REALLY sucks, service is bad & the pricing is fraud, their prices differ vastly when you pay by cash compared with paying by card / check. They AVOID TAXES and EMPLOY ILLEGALS. My observation is from three instances from past, regarding the hotel service: the manager/management doesn’t have courtesy to treat guests with respect, they are not apt for service industry. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, how the hotel staff initially talks & what & how they finally delivers is entirely different. They are rude & food upsets your tummy. Don’t plan & screw up your parties by planning here!

We were so thankful to have found Courtyard Banquet and manager Samm after much searching for a venue for a surprise birthday party. Samm was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He promptly answered any questions and presented us with all the possible options to make our special day perfect and we couldnt be happier with the outcome.Our guests LOVED the elegant venue, incredible menu/food and excellent customer service by the staff! Samm and his team went above and beyond - Thank you for making our day so memorable!!

We had an Annaprashan (First Rice) ceremony for our granddaughter at the Courtyard Banquet on March 10th. The Coutyard Banquet exceeded all our expectations! We had a wonderful lunch party with about 70 invited guests. The banquet hall is spacious, clean and very nice. Food was delicious and probably was among the finest Indian food you could get in any restaurant. The staff over there did a wonderful job. We worked with Samm from the initial planning stages through the day of the party. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was always responsive and took care of all our needs very well! We recommend this place very strongly.

The best place you can get for economical price

Attended a birthday party here and left the party pretty disappointed. I Shud actually say we were forced out cos of horrible customer and hospitality services. For the amt charged the mgmt had zero decency. As the guests were eating, the plates were taken away. Cops were called to the event for absolutely no reason, they seriously laughed at the mgmt for wasting their important time. Def will not return.

What I dont understand is their ridiculous attitude for the price they charged us..they didnt deserve our business. Not only were they rude but disgusting. NOT WORTH IT. Go somewhere else! Save your money!

I have had 3 banquets at the Courtyard on Main. Ive always dealt with Anthony. In August of 2013 my parents booked the Courtyard for a surprise party for my 25th wedding anniversary, it was going to be a surprise party in March 2014. They went with my kids to the Courtyard in August and Anthony set everything up for them. He was very accommodating, especially knowing that I had 3 banquets there before. My parents made some payments towards the party (at their own will). At that time my mom had blood cancer, but was stable, and in December 2013 her health took a bad turn. In the beginning of December my daughter called the Courtyard to cancel the party, and found out that Anthony no longer works there. They now had to deal with Mary. My daughter told her of the failing health of my mother and wanted to cancel the party knowing that there was a good chance my mom wouldnt be around for the party. Mary would not give them the initial deposit back of $500 because she said she didnt need to because thats what the contract said.I found out about these plans in January, I was just so upset that my parents were losing money because of something they were doing for me. I called the Courtyard and spoke with Mary. She again confirmed that the $500 couldnt be returned. I told her I had 3 banquets there in the past and that my daughter cancelled in the beginning of December, and that was plenty of time for them to rebook the room. Not only that, it, would be a good business move to do so. We were cancelling because my mother was dying......... Nope not going to happen. So finally she said that she would give me a credit. I was grateful for that. I called her to see if we can use the credit towards a dinner in the downstairs room. She said no, the credit can only be used for a banquet only. Ive called, left messages, sent emails and to date, no answer to anything. I wanted to know if she would honor the original contract but for a later date. She has yet gotten back to me. She obviously doesnt want my business.The Courtyard can take the deposit and shove it!! I wouldnt be surprised if she took the deposit for herself which is why I cant use it. I will not give them any business again. I was a great customer having a Sweet 16, Communion and Birthday party there. This is how I was treated. I also gave the Courtyard business by recommending them to others. I will let everyone know of the horrific treatment my family and I received especially a dying woman. This never would have happened with Anthony. Mary is not a good customer service person and is in the wrong business!! I have no respect for her! I just hope that Karma hits her and the Courtyard the same way I was treated!! There are other banquet halls that would do anything to keep their customers happy, especially returning customers. This place is obviously not one of them.

My short stint dealing with Courtyard on Main began two weeks ago. I attempted to fill out their online form to submit information to them for my wedding next year. After filling out all the information, I discovered the captcha on the form was broken and could not submit.I found the email and phone number of Mary, the event coordinator, on the website. I emailed her on February 18th. After not getting a response from her, I called her on Feb. 21st. I left a voicemail and she got back to me several hours later.Our first phone call consisted of me telling her that a friend of my fiances got married there 3 years ago. She seemed as though she couldnt care less and was trying to rush me off the phone. She said she would be sending over the pdfs containing pricing and packages. I then asked her to read me back my email address to make sure she got it right.A week later and I still hadnt received the pdfs. Friday, Feb 28th, she called and asked me if I got the pdfs. I said no and wanted to keep her on the phone to find out if she received my initial email and ask her other questions I had. She said no I didnt. I got a half sincere Sorry from her as she tried to get me off the phone again. She sent the pdfs a few minutes later. Prices are fair but I still had some unanswered questions so I sent her an email response a few minutes later to what I was assuming was the correct email address this time.March 4th. Still no response from her. I called her today but no answer. As the phone was dialing earlier today, I wondered why Im still trying at this point.Im constantly perplexed by how some of these wedding venues run their business. How am I supposed to be comfortable forking over 10K+ if you cant promptly respond to an email or take the time to listen to potential customers.I give up on Courtyard!

My wife hosted a surprise party and we had guest from all over the country. Service sucks. Gaurav - one of the worker doesn’t have basics of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this banquet and their food from Aarzu to anyone.

I hosted a party and the customer service sucks. My guests who traveled from all over were quite disappointed 😔. The alcohol that I got was miss used .. very very disappointing and will not recommend to anyone!
