Kevin was our sales rep and he was on time for our scheduled appt and presented WW replacement windows that fit our needs. He explained what the install process would be. Due to Covid, our lead time for the new windows was about 12 weeks, which was not a problem. Josh & Justin did the removal and install of 15 windows in less than a day. They were professional, courteous, and left our inside and outside clean and neat. Overall, it was a painless process and we will definitely repeat our business with them for the upstairs windows.

What a difference New windows make! Aside from being a beautiful and fitting properly, the installation crew did not use a ton of caulk to try to seal the edges to cover any I’ll-fitting windows like some companies. They were properly measured and fit properly. The finished install caulking is perfect and the crew was professional and efficient. We will definitely use them again.

Window World took great care of our old house! They installed all new windows and doors. A number of things went wrong along the way that wasnt their fault. Second time I’ve used Window World for windows. This particular time was to replace windows on the lower level of the house. Installers were friendly, courteous, on time, and did a fantastic job. Windows are a great quality with excellent warranty. Last year I had a vapor leak(moisture inside) of one of the windows I had installed 6 years ago. The new window sash was ordered immediately over the phone and installed once it arrived. Didn’t cost me a dime.

All of the workers were very professional and friendly, from the person who did the initial measuring to the installers. The installers were extremely efficient and finished everything that day. The windows look great and we were even given a full tutorial on how to use them when they were done. They also flipped over my pictures and took some down so there wasn’t a chance they would be messed up during the installation. I would definitely recommend them!

We are a repeat customer. They installed windows in our home and we love them. They work really well and are very attractive. All of the people we have dealt with have been terrific. This service was to replace the rake boards on our house. Some had been damaged and some were missing after a store.I only dropped a star because it took a really long time to get the work done. In fairness to Window World, they told me it would take a really long time and this was inside of the estimated time. You should understand that for a small job in their busy season, it could take a while to get the work done. The smart move is to replace your rake boards when you get your gutters repaired or replaced, before they fail. Our house is about 25 years old and it was probably time to think about doing this before the storm forced our hand. I definitely recommend their work. The new rake boards look great, and they cleaned up everything.

The salesman Kevin is great! Informative, honest and straight forward. We havent gotten our slider doors yet due to how busy they are but we are on the schedule. If the product and installers were anything like Kevin, we will be pleased. Update...we got our slider doors installed yesterday. The installation crew was great. After removing our old door, the crew had to recut the opening due to the original opening was not squared properly. They also found that there had been a leak and part of my floor had gotten moldy. With my permission, they cut that small part of floor out and was able to set my new door in more flush. I was so happy that the installer was willing to help us! The doors look great and we noticed a sound difference immediately. We will definitely be calling them again for windows!!!

We had an issue with one of our windows 3 weeks after installation and we’re refused a repair. The sales man had not informed us when replacing one of the shower windows in the master bath, we would lose our built in shelf in our shower. Just an overall disappointment with the whole company for such a big investment. I should’ve went with Fletcher.

The installation of my windows were great. The installers were on time and worked really fast. They were professional and the windows looked great. They hauled all the old stuff and left no mess. I’ll be contacting this company to purchase additional windows for my home. I gave 4 stars because one window was not measured correctly and has to be reordered. So the installers had to come back two weeks later to install that one window.

Had a good experience with the salesman. They didnt come to my door-I called them. So he knew I was intentionally looking. He did his job and left. He wasnt pushy. Installers were great too. Very professional, personable and efficient. My only complaint is I dont know whether they offer different colors because they never even mentioned it. My windows dont match my exterior trim colors, and if that was preventable, I wasnt offered anything but white. The price was about $1500 lower than Lowes which was a great buy.
