If youve got a full size rig, GO HERE FIRST!!! I took my truck to the local dealer for a front end alignment and after 4+ hours they only made it worse. I took it Bennetts and in less than 30 minutes had it driving like it was new again at a very reasonable price.

Had an alignment done after some leveling work on my pickup truck. They had me in and out very fast. Pricing was fair and the work was excellent.

Its been 30 years or so since I last visited this business. Being so long ago I truly do not recollect how that went. Today I made an appointment with Ray for tomorrow. todays visit was pretty awesome, well see what tomorrow brings. These folks have been around and in business here since the 70s. Obviously, they must know what theyre doing :-) the very reason I went there today. I am hoping for a good experience so that I can return to Bennetts. :)

My dad brought his new 1985 F250 4wd here in 1986 because after 10000 miles the front tires were wearing out on the inside edges. Ford and other alignment shops said the front tires were set to factory specifications. Bennetts told my dad they could install offset camber bushings and align the front tires to their specifications. That solved the problem for the life of the truck. I took my 1999 F250 there this week because a tire dealer had screwed up the alignment when they replaced tie rod ends. My appointment was at 12:30 and I was back on the road at 12:50. Great service and knowledge of how front end alignment is supposed to work. Highly recommend them.

Had an alignment issue that I took to my local Ford Dealership. They gave me a print out showing the alignment was all messed up and were recommending a shim kit. A buddy recommended Bennetts as a second opinion. I dropped it off at 815 and they called saying it was done at 930 with a simple adjustment. Not trying to take your money and honest. It has an older shop look but trustworthy service. Highly recommend.

BAD! BAD! BAD!They did my truck and I left on a trip. Pulled hard to the right. 500 miles down the road and the rubber scrubbed off & notched up.. The steering was way off center. 1 1/2 turns for a right turn. 3 1/2 turns for a left turn. Dont let them touch your truck. They will make it worse. They charged $130.00 but it cost me two steer tires and another shop to align my truck ( $1,200) youve been warned.

Walked in, with toddler.. lady was old but nice. Old place. The guy did my alignment in less than 30 mins. No other shop could get me on the rack. Lowered accord. No complaints from me. Everything under my car is new too. Easy customer.

Never again.After doing a DIY-type alignment in my garage, I drove the car here to have it checked. It drove pretty well, so I didnt think it would be a big deal. After a short test-drive, they put it on their front-end rack and went to work. First off, he told me that the alignment was off by an inch (a full inch!) - simply not possible, not for as smoothly as it drove the 20+ miles to get there (and Im not even sure there was a full inch of adjustment available in that front end!!). Then he commented on my tires being underinflated, and it went like this:Him: Part of your problem is the tires are way underinflated. Youve only got 21 pounds in this tire, and see right here [pointing to tire sidewall]? It says it should be 50.Me: Uh, thats a *maximum* pressure, not an operating pressure.Him: Do you want to listen to what Im telling you, or do you want me to take it off the rack?In hindsight, I should have told him to just take it off the rack, but foolishly, did not (but did readjust my tire pressures as soon as I left).This was my second experience with this place - the first (about 15 years ago) went much better. I was extremely disappointed to be treated so rudely and will never use or recommend this business again. If this is their normal MO, how have they stayed in business for so long??

Got my car aligned here, was also lowered on springs. Its been over a year since I went here and the car still drives just as straight as the day I left.

I took my Mercedes there to have an alignment after I brought 4 new tires to find out not 4 months later that my tires are wearing. I will not take my car back there
