Did not work! No one responded to the emails sent to the dentist. Customer service was good and the did refund 100%. It was a very minor dental correction that I was trying to do and did the entire program as directed. About half way through they request you take pictures and sent to the dentist, I never received a response.

I was really happy with my experience with Smile Direct at this location! They were running a little behind but other than that, I was satisfied with the experience. For starters, I was really thrilled to get a same-day appointment at a near by location. I was also pleased with having the option to get a kit mailed or go in to have my teeth scanned. The ladies that attended to me were super friendly. Everything was explained in a well and concise manner and the process is just amazing. The perks and discounts were awesome too! I cant wait to get started on my 1st set of trays.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm greeting. The women who assisted me were absolutely FABULOUS. The entire experience was stress free and very easy. It didn’t take long and they explained everything to me step by step making sure I understood everything as we went. They were even great to my three year old daughter who was with me. They made sure she was comfortable and not scared. I would recommend to anyone who isn’t in love with their smile to go here. These ladies far surpassed my expectations.

This was a surprisingly FUN experience! Ive always acquiesced to visiting the dentist or anyone who examines teeth. Not for the fact Im self conscious about my teeth but simply because the sound of a grinder against teeth makes me cringe. This was NOT the case here at the Smile Direct Club inside this CVS. The team of women running this operation were exceptionally positive and thorough about explaining how the process works. I was reluctant to really buy anything at first. I even told them I was there for the LED accelerator gift light (free with a 3D scan).The warm introduction Audra, Brittany and the other wonderful ladies provide immediately made me feel comfortable. Not to mention they all use the product! They can stand by it and prove to you it works! Really nice people here.. no rush... no worries... just information about your grill and FREE stuff!! The 3D scan is jaw dropping! It mapped out my teeth and made a digital model, right in front of me! Painless! Quick! And really amazing to watch! The whitening light works with the whitener quite will. I had family noticing a whiter difference even with them not knowing about my earlier visit to SDC! Im impressed! I cant wait to see how this works out! The appointment was scheduled for 30 min and it was indeed a 30 min visit.Try them out and you will be too!!Id do it again in a heartbeat.

Smile Direct Club is everything and more! Audra was super helpful and kind. After the setup I was quickly explained the entire process and had my teeth scanned. My boyfriend is so sweet to set up the appointment for me and help me get my teeth straightened for my birthday. So I was already excited when I got there a little nervous because I was expecting something different like biting into a mold. But Brittany the specialist made this even more fun and exciting. She was personable and even to me I think my smile is hideous, she made me feel beautiful and comfortable. I hugged her when I left the appointment. Also I was advised a few things at the appointment, that if I post my progress on social media I could get all my money back, I would like to learn more about the terms of this so that I could take advantage of this perk.

I booked an appointment online for a re-evaluation 30 minutes before the appointment on a Saturday. It was a little awkward walking into a CVS to get to the Smile Direct Club office, but once there Chelsea was very helpful and the appointment was a breeze. Watching your teeth model show up on the 3D scan is very cool. Cant beat convenient and local! No more trips to northern VA/DC for a Smile Direct Club office visit!

I would give this zero stars if I could. The first two months of my treatment went smoothly, but when I came across a fitting issue and had to order replacement aligners, I was wearing the same tray for 2 MONTHS. No matter how much I cleaned them, they got funky and caused a whole bunch of gum and bone issues. My dentist said my gums were extremely irritated from the funk and my bone was receding! When I called to tell the dental team that I was having issues because of THEIR ADVICE to wear the same trays until my replacements arrived, their suggestion was to go to a sports store and buy a moldable mouth guard until I get my replacements and they offered $100 off my remaining balance. $100 is NOT going to cover my dental bills now. No thank you. Getting my money back. Two+ months for replacements and not making their “shipping deadlines” several times is ridiculous. Just go to your dentist and get Invisalign. It may cost more but that extra is paying for accountability and someone actually helping AND watching you along the way.
