The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dental hygienist, Mykiela was informative and quick in completing my cleaning. Kept me up to date with what was going on and kept checking on me. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I have been going to Dr. E for awhile and I had recently moved. His staff is top notch. From the front office to everyone you meet in the back, everyone is friendly and accommodating. I came into town for another appointment and was having a dental issue and called to see if they could see me. Lucky for me someone canceled that day and they were able to see me. Dr. E and they hygienist worked together so perfectly. They were fast and just flawless. I’ve never had a dentist fix the bite on a cavity/filling the way Dr.E does. He always gets it first time. He takes the time to listen, makes sure you are comfortable and doing ok. If you’re looking for a good dentist in the area, then give this office a call.

Although visiting the dentist has never been at the top of my list of favorite past times, a trip to Dr. Elnahasss office is so pleasant! Friendly professional staff from the front desk on. Dr. E is kind and patient. My hygienist, Michelle, efficient and calming.

I came across this office as a result of a panicked google search after my daughter’s tooth broke. They were able to see me almost immediately after I placed the phone call. The entire staff was amazing, and the hygienist took the time to review the X-rays with us and explain to my daughter exactly what we were looking at, and was very gentle during the cleaning and exam. When Dr. E came, he treated us with the same respect and left it up to my daughter if she would be treated today or another date. All of our questions were answered, and I know we’re on the path to healthy teeth! I’m so appreciative of the care we received and how calming everybody was given how nervous my daughter was. I will absolutely recommend this practice to anybody in need of dental care!

This is a terrible place. I had a decayed broken tooth and they were supposed to numb it so I could not feel it . At first it was fine but within five minutes I started feeling it and they numbed it more but it was not enough and I told him this and he continue to try to pull it and whatever he had to do to get it out and I’m telling him it hurts and I can feel it and he tells me because my tooth was infected I was going to feel it. I will never step foot in that place and would never recommend them to anyone!!

Shout out and referral to Fredericksburg dentist Dr. Elnahass, of Bluebird dentistry.Our college student daughter called us with tooth/gum pain by her rear molar. I started calling today, couldnt find one who could get her in before next week, or Friday at earliest. I then called Bluebird Dentistry (in walking distance to UMW campus, right behind CVS, near the Giant.)I explained she is a student and we live out of state, and that she was in pain and a little nervous. They said have her come in 2 hours. The receptionist handled all the paperwork with me on the phone, and daughter got in there for an exam and xray.After exam, he gave her a couple scripts, and said she should call him after she finishes to report how the pain is, and for further evaluation.It killed me to send her with her tooth pain on her bike to an appt, from 800 miles away, but it sure made me feel better to find a health care provider who cared so much and saw her on his lunch break!

Kudos to Bluebird! From my initial phone call to check-out this is a great team. I went in with my 3 kiddos and was greeted upon entering. Covid questionnaire and temp were taken. Mikayla is a pleasant and thorough hygienist. Dr.E is soft-spoken, kind and comprehensive. We had to return for an additional visit and the experience was just as great.Keep up the good work!

Dr. Elnahass was extremely gentle, as well as his assistant. Its been yrs since Ive actually had a procedure done and I have high anxiety due to a bad experience as a child going the dentist. They were very professional and understanding and talked me through the whole way, ensuring I was comfortable and okay. He is also very affordable. I appreciate that so much. Terrible fear of the dentist, but everyone in the office is so kind and gentle that I feel so much better when I’m there. They’re constantly checking in the make sure you’re okay, they explain everything thoroughly, and they never surprise you with prices. They’re a terrific office and I’m happy I found them.

Everyone has treated me very nice from the first visit in May. Absolutely professional and through. I had a cavity and was treated well.Today I had my teeth cleaned, and fluoride application and the hygienist walked me through everything, Shes very nice, shame I forgot her name. I will have a root canal and crown next. LOVEEEEE this dentistry. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, however this is hands down the best dentistry Ive ever been to.

Even in the current status of COVID-19 this office provided a great service to me as I prepare to leave the country. The office was very clean and organized. The front staff is friendly and inviting. And she went over my insurance benefits and exactly was is covered and what will come out of pocket(it was a little confusing for me). The Dental Hygienist who did my cleaning was extremely welcoming and nice. She talked to me during the whole procedure and made me forget I was even at the Dentist. Im giving 4 stars only because the Dr. was very quiet and shy. But he was always friendly. Just a little awkward. But I will definitely be going back simply because of the front staff and hygienist.

Lindsey took her back, made her feel comfortable and explained the process in a way she could understand! I waited in the waiting room and was at ease knowing Dr. E was taking great care of her. Lindsey even came up front to give a quick update! My daughter loved her experience and so did I! Highly recommend them!

Im very disappointed in my experience with Blue Bird. They quoted me around $200 for 3 fillings with my insurance. The final bill came in at $900!!! Needless to say I would have made a different decision if I had known it was going to be that much. When I called in to ask how this happened, they said my insurance didnt cover as much as they had expected. If I had any indication when they gave me the quote that they werent confident about the number, I would have double-checked with my insurance before having the work done. But they didnt give me any indication that the quote could be off by over 300%, they seemed confident and said they work with my insurance regularly. I am so disappointed that I now have to look for a new dentist and there seems to be no way out of paying what they ask. Borderline fraud. DONT GO HERE!

Dental hygenist was wonderful. precise, friendly andexplained everything she was going to do before she did it. Dr E is always polite, respectful and asks if I have any questions or issues.

I am pleased with the results of all my dental work which include crowns as well as fillings.Dr. Lipscomb is very compassionate and gentle. His hygienists are friendly, professional, and very thorough in their dental cleanings. His administrative staff of very understanding and accommodating. This dentist office operates on schedule and is an extremely clean environment. It is a pleasant, family-oriented atmosphere.

My experience today with Blue Bird Dentistry was exceptional! I was scheduled this morning for a 6 month cleaning appt but was running close to 15 min. late. When I walked in..my hygienist Stephanie was waiting on me so I was taken right to the back! The other lovely ladies at the front desk were also very understanding. My entire experience was great. Stephanie was so friendly and personable PLUS she did a fantastic job on my cleaning along with having a few laughs in between. The entire staff is amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental services!

First visit. Very impressive! The hygienist performed tasks that have never been done before. I am not a young person I am 69 years old. Linda was very thorough in explaining the results of her exam. Dr. Elnahass entered. Linda explained what she found. The Doctor performed an exam an confirmed what Linda had found. The Doctor was equally thorough in explaining what needed to be done. I highly recommend this practice.I have now been treated at this practice 5 times and each time is/was like my first time. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. When you enter the office you are met with a smiling face and, even though I am a relatively new patient, by my name. I havent been to the dentist in over 10 years. I had an emergency and they were able to see me the same day. From my contact with them on the phone to the very end, every person I spoke with or saw in person was more than welcoming. The staff is very nice and they saw me right away. With x-rays and an evaluation, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with absolutely NO wait in the waiting room. On another note...their prices for out of pocket costs...cannot be matched by any other dentist in the area. They are the lowest Ive been able to find anywhere and they have all the latest technology and equipment. By far, this is the best Dentist Ive ever been to.

Dental care at Dr. Jason Lipscombs practice is professional and personal. Ive had several crowns replaced over the last several months and Each time Ive arrived the friendly staff says, Were expecting you and will call you back shortly. Ive never waited more than 5 minutes before being called back. Once in the treatment room, everything is always laid out and the staff starts right away. Each person, assistant and dentist, knows exactly whats required and they perform the procedure making sure Im comfortable and pain free. Every person in the practice is positive, friendly and professional. And the office itself is bright and cheery minus the dentists office smell I recall from other dentists office. I have no hesitation in giving Dr Jason Lipscomb, his associate, and the entire staff my highest recommendation. I look forward to my dental care visits.

I had a great experience at Blue Bird Dentistry. The staff are incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I feel very comfortable asking questions and expressing concerns. Yesterday, I had my 6-month cleaning. Even though one of their hygienists called in sick and they were understaffed, the team worked together to fit in their patients. They didnt seems stressed and remained professional and very friendly. Today, I had a filling replaced. Dr. E was very patient, kind, and efficient. I also love the front-desk staff, the dental assistants, and the hygenisits. All so kind and fun to talk to!I could go on and on about the merits of this dental office (from VERY quickly treating an excruciating painful toothache to managing my orthodontic treatment), but Ill just say that, with this dental office I dont mind going to the dentist.Oh, and in my experience, they dont shame you. For example, 2 weeks after getting my dental retainers, I accidentally threw them away. I was embarrassed, but they did not shame me for my mistake. Sure, I had to pay for the mistake, but they didnt make me feel foolish. Much appreciated.

Being someone who visits the dentist on the regular, Jason T. Lipscomb and his staff are by far the best I have been too. They always make sure I am comfortable when doing dental work asking me if I am ok and Jason makes it as painless as can be. When anyone says anything about a dentist I always say they should go to Jason! You cannot beat the excellent customer service and the professional atmosphere they provide! Keep up the good work!

My wife recently had a fairly complex procedure performed at Dr. Lipscombs office. Before the procedure, he answered her questions and provided a clear, detailed explanation of the reasons for the recommended treatment and the procedure itself. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Lipscomb and his assistant Amy did their work thoroughly and professionally, yet with genuine concern for my wifes comfort. He provided clear instructions for follow-up care. We are both very pleased with Dr. Lipscomb and his entire staff.

Jason continues to amaze me and my other friends that I have referred. He is extremely careful to make your visit as comfortable as possible. I usually fall asleep during his work, a testament as to how pain free his work is.
