The best CF gym Ive ever been to, hands down. I had to move away and Im still looking for another gym that compares! The programming here is unparalleled, as are the coaches, who really care and cheer alongside you. The facility is spacious, clean, and has every piece of equipment you could need. If youre ever in the area, you have to drop in, you wont regret it!

I’ve been going here for 6 weeks now from another affiliate. The programming is fantastic. Very regimented and a true building type of program. So glad I joined here. Very excited to see what the next year brings! Kent and Steven run a great gym!

Coaching staff was SO friendly and helpful. I stopped in as I was traveling for work. Got in a great workout. Facility had everything you could want! I highly recommend and will return for sure.

I love everything about this gym. A friend of mine recommended them, and I can tell you starting with this group is one of the best things Ive done for myself. After some injuries and a couple surgeries I pretty much accepted a sedentary/lazy af lifestyle. I finally topped out at 270. Between the classes, trainers, and the community as a whole Ive had people that have understood, helped, and guided me through everything. I am just as happy as I am proud to say that all of these people are a part of my life. Every aspect of me physically has seen major improvement and I am beyond excited to say that I am below 230 and still working towards my goal.
