*Return customer to this store*Ive rented a few things from this store over the years. They have consistently been the friendliest and most helpful bunch Ive ever dealt with. They are focused on getting you the right equipment for the job and making sure you are getting the job done.I had a small issue with the latest machine I rented, they were very helpful to troubleshoot and ultimately swapped it out when I couldnt get the original to work. They had zero hesitation in getting me swapped out and back on the road to finish the job. Exceptional customer service from every single employee I spoke to.

Patrick has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and has wonderful customer service skills. We will definitely be using Sunbelt again in the near future! Thanks for renting us the mini backhoe for the week, we were able to accomplish a lot of projects with it. Looking forward to working with you and the team at sunbelt again!!!

They were very nice & helpful. Prices are reasonable.

Rented a plate compactor with a pad here and service was quick and professional. When I requested the pad, they didnt look at me as if I had two heads like the guy at Home Depot did. So, if you need the rubber pad so you dont scar your pavers when you compact them go to Sunbelt. Equipment check in was just as easy and fast as check out. Price was very comparable to Home Depot as well.

Rental was easy. Return was easy. Customer service was exceptional.

These guys are top-notch. They know their equipment. If you rent something thats older and it gives you problems say something, more than likely theyll know its a older piece of equipment and that type of stuff is expected and will work with you. Good bunch of guys from the front desk to the mechanics.

Excellent place to rent machinery you need. Rented a push Stump Grinder. That baby really did the job. The price was reasonable, and I no longer have a bunch of stumps in my new yard. It really did the job cutting those nasty stumps down.. My yard looks so much better, and Im sure yours will look great if you need one as well.

Excellent customer service and best part they have everything and you can reserve vice homedepot which cant do. Will return again now Ive seen all the array of equipment I can rent.

A great bunch of guys working there to help you with suggestions on whatever project your working on. A knowledgeable staff. They have a huge selection of tools and equipment, just about anything you can think of. Equipment availability and prices are great.

The guys behind the counter are some of the most helpful dudes I have met ever dealing with. They help me load up a well pump puller into the back of my pickup truck and worked with me so that I could rent it over the weekend as well. I will be coming back for any future heavy equipment needs I have here.

I rented a dual blade concrete saw. The saw was in great condition. The facility is clean and staffed by intelligent professional people.

Overcharged and couldnt figure out how to fix it. Quoted one price and charged another. Poor customer service. 👎

Very easy process to get that tool you need for a quick job. Staff is friendly and the return process is quick.

Friendly staff, have everything you need. This weekend was my first experience with them. I rented a stump grinder and to my surprise it came out cheaper than the website and the guy on the phone. The pickup was smooth; the staff knowledgable. They took the time to show me how it worksSide note:I paid for 8 hours but only used 6. I had 14 stumps to clear, 2 were 30 in. the other 14 and below. It was done quickly and then even went to neighbors and did some of his. Point is you may only need 4 hours not 8 as the machine quickly goes through your stumps.

Although convenient and easy, if you return the equipment 4 hours early dont expect a refund of any portion of the balance.
