This business will do well especially if they keep the two young men happy that came to clean the ducts in my home. Its very hard finding the right people to represent your business and being in the service industry they did everything right. Called with an ETA before arriving, arrived when they said they would, professionally dressed, especially for the job at hand and answered every question I had which showed me their enthusiasm for knowing their job and the pride taken in their work to show before and after. (And others so I didnt feel so bad)I even added a last minute request to clean my dryer vent to which they said absolutely. This is my second time using this company to clean the carpets in the rental home before exiting. I plan to use them for my own home that I just purchased. They are professional, reasonable, friendly and respectful. They carpets always looks clean and while if does take a few hours to completely dry, it is not soaking wet when done. I always love the fresh clean smell as well.

Heavens Best is really the best!!! We delayed having our wall to wall carpets cleaned due to Covid so they were more soiled than the last time Heavens Best cleaned them. Good group of people! I called to schedule an upholstery cleaning and talked to Victor who was extremely accommodating to my schedule. On the morning of my appointment, Lamar and Daniel were running ahead of schedule and called to ask if they could come a bit early. They arrived when they said they would, came in and realized that they couldn’t clean that particular material (which I wasn’t sure they could). They said if they put water on it, it would ruin the whole piece. I was very impressed and pleased with their honesty as honesty goes a long way with me! The head crew leader Chris was very informative and made my expectations to how my carpet would turn out. Okay so reason for the 2 star review. I was quoted for services they werent capable of providing and has delayed my house actually being serviced they way i need it to be.I have recently purchased a house and I have very bad allergies to pets and seasonal allergies as well. So to mitigate the situation I always pay a professional to clean all of the carpets and vents in my home. Heavens Best quoted my wife to do this work but there were quite a few stipulations and they ended up doing only the carpets.They quoted me for carpets and vents and 1 couch to be cleaned. They cleaned the carpets but, they dont move furniture to clean under anything, and they cant clean the flexible vents. My disappointment is real as if they had known enough to ask what vent type I had in my house I could have told them. Of course now I have to wait even longer to get done the services I need. Thanks for nothing.

I called Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning after much research on what company might be the best to go with in Fredericksburg. My carpets had been stained from my pet and they informed me that they had much experience with cases such as mine. They were very sympathetic to the fact that I had family coming over that weekend and were able to set up an appointment and come the same day. Heavens Best is a great company. I am a repeat customer with this company, and they are the first and only company I have called since moving to the area. My carpets look great and the crews are always professional and friendly. Couldnt ask for more!

They were really good! There were several spots on the white carpet that I was unable to remove with the rug doctor from Walmart, but when these guys were done the carpet looked like it was newely installed. I was very impressed and would recommend Heavens Best to anybody!

I dont remember the name of the people I hired to clean my carpets the last time. They were cheaper but all I can say is, you get what you pay for. Ryan and Vince were professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental about our CAT-astrophic carpets. They were able to quickly identify where the problem spots were (aside from ones I pointed out to them) and make suggestions as to how to address them. I have already reserved their services for my next bi-annual cleaning. My carpets look as good as new, the house smells nice, and it was all done quickly and efficiently. I am extremely pleased with the service.
