Outstanding. I left my truck when I went overseas and they utilized email for verification of any repair. Mr. Hensley was very patient and worked with me and even came in after hours when I returned so I could get my vehicle. I send my daughter to Aruka Repair when I am out of town. Very honest and reliable. Excellent auto repair shop in a day when honesty and respect is forgotten and lost you will find it in abundance at Aruka repair.

Great mechanic. Fees are better than reasonable. Best part and most important, he will not create problems with your vehicle that do not exist and will be upfront with all repairs needed.

Came from NYC to visit parents and noticed one of their cars have leaking tires and they recently ate a ticket for a busted tag light. Decided to give Aruka a shot as the place that my parents frequent had an extremely long queue and wait time. Let’s just say i was not disappointed with their service.Update (11/13/2020): Aruka is the to go place for me and my parents for anything car related in VA right now. We have had big and small issues with the aged car and the work done never disappoints with competitive pricing. Perhaps the only problem is that newcomers might find the location to be confusing as navigation tends to land you in the middle of the road where there is a pathway down the hill.
