Big silver maple died and needed removal from the front yard. Except for the stump that we requested be left behind, you cant even tell they had been here - the tree and all its debris were gone. Safety came first and, as the homeowner, we appreciate that they protect their staff by taking all precautions necessary. They are really good at what they do.

Bartlett came the same day I lost one of my favorite trees, a beautiful redbud. They were punctual, removed all debris from my yard and the neighbor’s and were reasonably priced. Thank you!

Second time having Bartlett Tree Experts take care of our arboreal needs. Ryan came out, assessed our needs and explained my options. The contract offer was timely, well-defined and very competitive. The 3-man crew professionally brought down and sliced up 2 tall dead trees in equatorial heat, and protected/cleaned/removed up everything else. Bartlett was fantastic from the very beginning. Responded to my request for an estimate immediately and sent someone out within a couple days. The estimate was very reasonable and service was great so we went ahead and booked them. Their schedule had us out into mid May but they were able to fit us in last minute in April which was a great surprise. Crew was polite and professional. Took the tree down quickly and safely and were on their way. Great experience.

At Tim Zastrow the certified arborist recommendations we had some pruning and treatment of our giant pin oaks. Though I was not home, the work of Bartlett crew members Colton, Matt, Michael & Seth is much appreciated. They even stacked and cut remaining live wood to my specified length. I know they also took care to move and replace furniture and grills to a safe location. These guys are worth every penny. 5 stars.

I have used Bartlett twice and both times I have been very happy. The team, Matt and James, was safety conscious and moved my yard ornaments out of harms way. Everything was cleared up and beautiful. I have a huge, very old tree that they did a wonderful job of improving the look and health by removing suckers and dead branches. I left them to their work, but I think Ryan, my arborist contact also stopped by to help and look over my tree work. Thanks!

Hi have contracted with Bartlett tree services for significant pruning and care of large trees. Their first job was to remove dead branches from a serviceberry and a red bud. Work was performed efficiently, the crew thoroughly cleaned up and removed all debris in were wonderful professionals to interact with. As a side note they got a good sense of humor. James and Brian trimmed 6 cherry trees in my yard;; cut off branches are damaged by the winter storms. They are are quite professional; they let me know what they are doing and not doing.

Crews showed up on-time. Got right to work and kept me informed of their progress. Clean up was good, although my bare feet walking through the yard the next day did find many small twigs and pieces of tree waste that they missed, thats the basis of the four stars not five. But Id definitely use them again.

Extremely professional company. They took down 3 very tall trees in my yard. I have gardens surrounding those trees. They went out of their way not to disturb any of my plantings. My neighbors watched and all commented about the great job they did.

Call them four times over a three week period to set an appointment. Their Frederick person was to contact me after my second call. I never heard from anyone even aft6my third and fourth calls. They might be a great company but their responsiveness or professionalism is horrible. I would not recommend them.

From the time we called Bartlett Tree Experts for a quote to the conclusion of the job, they were absolutely professional and wonderful to work with. Dan Yates understood our request and needs, his crew did a fantastic job from pruning to cleanup, Heather (What a gem!!) came back to fine tune the Beni Otake and Blue Atlas cedar and Jill in the office were amazing.I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts!
