I work in several counties and with each counties respective dept of aging- frederick county is by far the best. The staff is so friendly, accommodating, responsive, and willing to help however they can. Id like to specifically thank Cindy and Joy for their hard work and dedication to clients. 5 stars all the way!

They helped me to choose my pharmacy insurance. They were competent and friendly. They encouraged me to come back again next year.

I volunteer here and they offer a lot of programs for a little fee or free. They have monthly food distribution to the community, and they deliver meals to many house bound Frederick residents. The staff is committed to serving Frederick seniors.

When I make my annual trip to get meds sign up (part D) I bring my 91 yr old friend and everyone is very kind and helpful. I am coming in again with my hubby to get his medschecked out. Thanks for ALL your help !!!

My experience with the Frederick County Aging Department is horrifying. I was enrolled in a prescription drug program with out my permission. I did not sign any papers I just wanted information. The person in charge is now gone for a week and I can not even talk to a supervisor. I may possible loose my drug coverage from this outrageous action from Frederick County Aging Department.My suggestion go else where for help and not to Frederick County Aging Department.Lee Ziegler
