The crew at the garage is fantastic to deal with. We bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey off the public sale lot and had a great experience with the team. We will use Second Chance Garage again, for either a donation or vehicle purchase.

We were keeping our eyes open so I was thrilled when my husband found a second small car, no pun intended, at Second Chances. We have been getting reliable service from a great CR-V with manual transmission, but he told me they got a RAV4 with an automatic. Bless whoever made that donation; now I can get out to my boys who I provide help for a couple of days a week.

Second Chances Garage is doing GREAT work for the Frederick County community. The staff in the garage are all very kind and knowledgeable when it comes to car repair. They have an awesome program for low income families. I recommend everyone donate their used cars to this organization instead of trading in at the dealership to help build up this community and give back to this great cause!

Second Chances Garages is a very professional and community oriented organization. I had a situation with my brakes over the weekend and a friend tried to work on it but it didnt turn out very well. The next morning, first hour, I called second chances garage, usually you book an appointment before you are seen but, they put me on schedule right on the spot since it was a safety (brakes) issue. John is always professional, welcoming and accommodating. The Spirit of the entire team is very friendly and ready to serve the community to the best of their capacity. So myself an my daughter an 3 year old grandson had a flat tire right across from this garage we pulled in there lot at 4:45 they close at 5 anyway there were 5 men standing there i asked if we could get some air one of the so called men said no they shut all machines down so me an my daughter Were outside trying to put donut on car while these men just went about there business lucky us that a very nice gentleman who was looking at a car on lot came over an offered to help an would take nothing for doing so thank god for this gentleman as far as 2nd chance garage well im shocked that 5 men would not help 2 women stuck with a 3 yr old what losers an there supose to according to website be there to help those in need im at loss for words

Completely off-putting organization. Walk in the door and expect to stand there. Somebody finally realizes there is somebody there and you hear ‘customer alert’. Poorly run organization with horrible customer service. Buyer beware
