Pulled up for service...two cars pulled up next to me after me. Yet, the managerJason Watron and employee Joe Sheely helped them before another employee helped me. The manager pointed to me yet the employee Joe still didnt come to greet me. This place is SORRY

Terrible customer service the representative we were assigned to Terri Churchill; she was extremely rude and lied about what she explained and received authorization for I will not ever go back to this dealership for service, if you have a Honda and want good service find another Honda service center - and if you do, do not I repeat do not deal with Terri Churchill - if I could give zero stars I would!!!

I was told a car wash was to be included in the price of an over-priced service package (10,000 mile maintenance package). This was IN WRITING. When I got home and inspected my car it was obvious they didnt wash the car. When I call them out on not washing my car in an email, they replied they usually do car washes, but the car wash machine was broken. They had 2 chances to tell me this - when they sold me the package and when they gave me the receipt when I picked it up, but conveniently forgot to. This is completely unprofessional and downright dishonest.

I love that I was remembered after a number of years and my service murder was great. I prefer Shockley Honda to any dealership in 5 states!

Although pricey, as all dealerships are, Ive never had a complaint about their work.
