The drivers are rude. I live in a senior living apartments in Frederick Md. FedEx is the only delivery service that does not bring packages to our apartment. Some of them don’t even bring the packages into the building. They leave them outside. Ups, Amazon, Post office all deliver to the apartments. I avoid buying from any business that uses FedEx because I know there’s a good chance something will go wrong. They also loose packages on a regular basis.
Staff is not that great. Been there half a dozen times or more. Only keep going there bc its close but if they had any competition near by theyd lose my business.
Fredericks small town feel is even extended to the local onsite FedEx! Timely service! Friendly staff! Excellent customer service and decent snacks selection, lol.
