After recently purchasing a home, we wanted a few additional gutters added to a few tricky areas. My Gutter Pro provided a few different options. Stephen was our installer; he was thorough, going the extra mile to ensure color and style match existing gutters. They may not be the cheapest option but they provide high quality work.

Very prompt response to my estimate request and prices were very fair too. Workers showed up on time, and they had text message updates letting me know when they were on the way. Was a simple gutter cleaning request, but they were thorough, on time, and I appreciated the text updates. Also online payment of the invoice was a breeze. Will be using again!

The staff did a good job of cleaning. Then he recommended that all the gutters need to be re-secured. However, he was reluctant to explain further. just say an alternative options is you waiting for the gutters falling to the ground.

I signed up for service online and received an email clarifying my recurring service needs and confirmation texts very quickly. Also received a text when Branden was on his way. He was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and left our property clean. Haven’t had a rainstorm yet but there’s a 60 day guarantee so hopefully no more waterfalls :)

Have a gutter cleaning scheduled and I sent them pictures of possible issues we may be having and Tony was able to walk me through the pictures I sent (not the greatest quality picture either) and explain all the possible problems we may be having and the fixes for each, along with what he estimated and the price. This was without even talking or coming on site to check. Today they came by to check the gutter color and the gentleman Steven Welch talked with my husband about what will be done and other areas of concern. He never was pressuring us to get more work and some things discussed were even included in the estimate already agreed upon. I was happy to hear how detailed and caring they are in the work and that it is done correct (i.e. he noticed us changing a drain pipe would be taking majority of water from right side of house and suggested a wider downspout as well as recycling our previous downspout to extend in other areas that need water taken farther away from house). I am looking forward to the work being done. We dont even need to be home, but they seem like artists in their craft and I am tempted to stay to be able to see final product ASAP!Update: I communicated up to this point entirely by email. I was able to save money by reusing old gutters in order to extend my downspouts away from house. Steve came to clean the gutters and he was nice enough to walk through what he was doing, some problem areas, and how he fixed it. He made sure I was fine with everything before leaving. The work looks great! Very happy customer.

We decided to clean our gutter because big rain drops were falling. The worker took their time cleaning the gutter, which was blocked by various foregin substances that we didnt know were there, to make sure it was as good as new. We can really tell the difference and we are thankful for that!

6/29 Was very with the services from the 2nd person they sent to my house. He checked the downspout and helped re-set up the rain barrel diverter. Since the company responded well to my concerns, I would use them again.5/27 Downgrading from 5 to 3 stars. Gutter Pro arrived on time and did a thorough job on cleaning my gutters. However they left a lot of debris in the front and back yard and somehow loosened the cover on my rain barrel adaptor. One of the main reasons I picked them as they promised to haul all the debris away5/28 Downgrading to 1 star They ruined my rain barrel hook up and I will now have to pay someone to replace it  I am not sure if the downspout was adequately cleared or not. I am extremely dissatisfied with service and would not recommend gutter pro to any one

Ive used a few companies to clean the gutters at my house, and My Gutter Pro has been the best one Ive tried. Their folks are communicative, polite, professional, and they leave my house clean. I like being able to pay online. One suggestion Id make is to call them rather than schedule services online. Ive had the online form not work, but whenever Ive picked up the phone and called them they take very good care of me.

Makes yearly appointments Im advance and always sends very nice staff. Quick, Efficient and doesn’t try to upsell.

Mr. Howard was very thorough. I could hear him walking on the top of the roof and he carefully checked the gutter for any blockage and placed one of the gutter guards back in place. He also checked the roof for me. He reported his findings and I found him to be honest and responsive to my questions. He took his time checking the gutters and roof.

Brandon showed up on time and got straight to work. He let me know what was blocking our gutters before he left. Hopefully won’t need another gutter cleaning but we will absolutely use My Gutter Pro if we do.

Service was ok, but they left debris all over my front door area and on HVAC units. I did not even know the guy finished as he was suppose to review what he found with me. They also only used a blower - no actual cleaning.

Technician arrived early, was professional, and did a good job cleaning the gutters. More than this, he saw a small hole in our roof that we didnt know was there (a big branch had fallen recently, but we couldnt see the damage). He made sure we knew it was there and took pictures so that we could see the damage and find a contractor to fix the roof. He even told us a rough estimate of what we should expect on quotes so that we would know if someone was trying to overcharge us to fix it. That is high quality service, and being a good person. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had a minor repair needed to a downspout on a steep roof. Technicians were prompt, professional, and quick. Additionally, they noticed some issues with other downspouts and fixed those as well.
