I really wish that all companies could take a look at this business model; they were BY FAR the most professional and easiest to use service company I have ever used! Request for a quote was online; quote was given on line; booking was done online. This was followed by an email describing EXACTLY what would happen next, what the company would do, and how the client should prepare. Then an email followed letting you know an approximate date. Then another email with the exact date AND the name, photo and cell phone number of the technician who would be coming to do the work. And when I called the cell phone number for the tech, he ANSWERED and gave me an HOUR window in which he anticipated arriving. None of this between 9 and 5 that is so common elsewhere. After the work was completed, an invoice was sent via email for the exact price that I was quoted originally. And there were o bogus recommendations for unnecessary repairs. I was totally impressed and will definitely use them again when the occasion arises. Oh-and the cost was less than that of other companies doing the same work!

Guttermaid communicated with us when they would show up a week out, then the actual technician called us the day of cleaning to let us know when they would arrive. The gutters were cleaned well and then all the debris was blown off our patio, deck, driveway and awning. Our previous company never let us know when they would show up and blew debris all over a family member that was sitting outside on the deck during service (with headphones on)!

Excellent service! They showed up; cleaned the gutters and downspouts, and did it well. Our gutters had been overflowing; I had cleaned them myself but it only helped for a short time. Guttermaid identified that the problem was in downspout itself, farther down that I could easily reach. The cleaned the downspouts as part of their service, and the problem was solved. $125 to clean 150 feet of gutter and 5 downspouts - well worth it.

Kyle from GutterMaid came out to do a gutter cleaning, which I had not had done in - ahem - too long. Had a couple of problem areas, one of which he cleaned up and the other had to be repaired. He showed me and described the issue (so much dirt had built up it was rock solid and had burst the downspout!) and while he didnt happen to have a downspout in my color with him, he called the shop and they had it, so he ran to the shop, grabbed it, and my downspout was replaced. Couldnt have asked for a better experience - and the price was absolutely fair.

This was the first time I used GutterMaid. The person who cleaned my gutters was friendly and professional. First he cleaned my gutters by hand which he bagged as he did it and then he used a leaf blower to remove any residual material. He took the bag of debris with him. I thought he did a very good job. I would use them again.

Even though our service had to be rescheduled for the next day our technician Richard called and notified us about the change so it wasn’t an issue. Richard arrived on time the following day as planned and notified me that he inspected the property and due to the size of the house he may need to charge an additional $50 to complete the job correctly. I appreciated his transparency and I approved the additional charge. Richard got to work the second we finished our conversation. We have 8 video cameras on the property and they all showed nothing but Richard working his behind off. He even finished the job in 1 hour plus used his leaf blower to cleanup and didn’t charge the additional $50 he could have if he wanted to. We have had other gutter cleaning services plus other contractors work on our property inside and out. Richard was one of the best if not the best and most professional contractor we’ve had. We will 100% use Gutter Maid in the future and recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors. Hopefully we can request Richard in the future as our technician. The emails sent from Gutter Maid: pricing, service being preformed, name and picture of technician, invoices, and all other communications are something you don’t receive form most companies regardless of the service/price being preformed. I requested information online and a representative called me. She was very nice and went over prices and company policies with me. She said if I wanted to schedule the appointment I could do it online or with her. She also said if I scheduled the appointment, the service would be done the week of August 24-28th; so I went online and scheduled. Then I received a confirmation with service scheduled for the week of 08/31- 09/06. I wasnt happy so I sent an email. A representative called me and apologized, so I decided to give them a chance. On 09/04/20, the technician called me and told me he would be at my house between 2-4 pm. He didnt come and didnt call me until 4:42 pm with the excuse he had unexpected big houses and so much work. He asked me if I wanted to schedule for the following week. I just told him I was going to cancel, so I did. I found them to be very unprofessional!
