Weve been using J & K for years. Theyve never not taken anything weve set out, and always show up, even on weeks where there is a major holiday. They used to come some time after midnight, but now its more like 9-10pm so we have to remember to get the trash cans down to the curb in time. Very pleased with their service.

Moved in, previous owners had them for trash pickup. Called to continue service, was told I was signed up. Trash wasnt picked up for two weeks. Called and left a message to find out what was up. Responded back and was told that I must have called someone else. I know I called them, their number is in my call history, and I remember the name of the office staff person that I talked with. I said now that I have extra trash from three weeks of no pickup, would they take extra on this first pickup. Was told do not exceed the limit and to hang on to my trash for the following pickup. Did not sign up for service.

We have had J & K Trash service for years now and they have been outstanding. They come through the night/ early morning Sun/ Mon and go out of their way to make sure the trash can is placed back off the road after they empty it. And on stormy/ windy days they go out of their way to place the trash can down in the ditch so it doesn’t blow away. And this morning it was carried up farther in the driveway because of the extreme wind we are getting. Thanks J and K

Keep picking up my trash even though we canceled in Jan, in person.. left multiple messages, because they dont answer phone, that they should stop picking it up after that. Just sent me another bill a few days ago dated 4/01/2019 in march with a 4/19/2019 due date. We use j and j even though they dont pick up much cause these people think they can just ignore when someone cancels. Or their system is just that bad. Barely missed the guy tonight trying to stop him. Guess I have to hide my trash can wed nights...

If i could give 0 stars I would. They didnt pick up my trash after we put it out during the specified date and time. They then wanted to charge me $15 to pick up

I moved to the frederick area, called them and one other trash service. Never got a response from the other company and J & K answered my call immiaditly. They took my address and started service that night. Great service!!!
