I cannot say enough about the professionalism, responsiveness and helpfulness of ADS disposal systems. They ate courteous and will help whenever possible! Their price is super competitive and I highly recommend them!!

We moved into our house in March and this service was recommended from a family member. The family member had nothing but glowing reviews about ADS so we decided to use them. However, our experience has not been the same. We have had to call at least twice a month because they have forgotten to pick our trash up. Last month, they gave us a credit instead of picking our trash up. The ladies who answer the phone are SO nice, but we have decided to cancel our service because of the unreliable pick up. May be the cheapest option but we decided to pay more money for a more reliable service.

Got missed 1 time i called and they came right back out to pick it up the same day. Very impressed with the customer service and responsiveness. Great value in Carroll County.

Their customer service is horrible. I just started and so far Im not impressed. Still waiting for a container and was told they would pick up the bagged trash while we are waiting for the container to be delivered...they did not do what they said they would do.Looks like this is going to be a short term vendor for me as I wont be mislead or lied to.

I have used ADS for close to 20 years - have never had a problem - use them for yard waste pickup as well and they have always picked up when scheduled.

Auto bills me on time. Literally will only pick up our trash if I call in. When I call to remind them that I pay for their service they promise that it wont happen again, then they show up on time for 2-3 weeks, then drop off the face of the earth for the next 3 months. Do not waste your time.

Long term customer. I find the customer service wonderful. Any problem at all they make it right. They even mailed out a sticker to better identify the container since it resembles the recycle color. Busy company so our schedule is late in the day but the driver is efficient and can is put back as it was found. I am a happy customer. I CANNOT BELIEVE ALL THE UNHAPPY REVIEWS. THEY ARE FAST, EFFICIENT, ALWAYS WITHOUT INCIDENT, NEVER MISS A PICKUP. I AM ONE OF THEIR FIRST CUSTOMERS IN THE AREA AND I HOPE TO REMAIN WITH THEM FORE MANY MORE YEARS TO COME

I have been charged for a toter I dont have and three times Ive called to remedy the issue. Each time I am met with unprofessionalism. They have also missed many many weeks of pick up and have left trash behind. Would not recommend to anyone! They are cheap for a reason. Nothing but a headache.

Been with this company for a couple years now. Recent service has been terrible. Used to pick up at around 6 am on Thursday morning, so cans went out at night. Then driver started coming at 3 AM waking up neighborhood. He was replaced with a new driver who comes whenever he please on Thursday. Lately he has been coming around noon on Thursdays, however in recent weeks Ive had to call to ask where he is only to be given all sorts of excuses. Now its Friday and he just picked up at 7:30. Said truck trouble. So you dont have another truck? As soon as this paid for quarter is up Im probably changing to another service. I guess you get what you pay for.

We have been using their service since December and find they are very prompt and reliable. I am satisfied as a customer

This has to be one of the worst trash companies around. I have been with them for about a year now and at least once a month they miss my trash pick up. And when I call about it they say well the driver is across town already you will just have to wait till next week. So I have 2 full trash cans and know where to put my trash threw out the week and hope they come the following week. Another words I pay good money for trash service that only gets picked up when they want to do it instead of on the schedule I pay for. I will also be contacting Better Business bureau

Most unreliable trash service ever. Paid a full year in advance, I didnt mind since they were the cheapest. Had to call 20+ times when they did not pick up trash/recycling. Customer service over phone is good, they comped me for the missed weeks which was the right thing to do.

Normally i have ZERO trouble with this company.However, this mornings driver who picked up a special bulk pick up which i didnt mind paying extra for gave me an attitude when i asked for a receipt. It was a simple request and he couldnt even take a scrap piece of paper for a receipt.This zero rating is not for the whole company itself but a reminder in customer satisfaction when we rely on your company to de.clutter our lives.

Our entire Burke Centre community has been put on notice that ADS is dealing with a labor shortage for the past few months. We put our trash out for collection twice a week under our current contract and service level agreement with ADS negotiated by our HOA. Last week our trash sat out in front of our house for an entire week without collection. ADS finally came out today after skipping two trash collection cycles and only emptied one of our filled-to-the-brim trash bins. Avoid this company at all cost!

We have had service for over 15 years until this past week. ADS has not picked up our trash and when called to find out we were informed that trash pick up had been discontinued for our road. We were told they would be out to pick up the trash and cans but so far not. As a business you should of gave some notice this was going to happen.

We have used this trash company since July (4 months) and they have missed picking up our trash 3 times. I call and they say someone will be here that afternoon. I call the next day and they say the same thing. Price is great, but very unreliable

I am so sick of this company and it’s lazy drivers. This is the 4th time in the last 12-months they only emptied 1 can. I don’t get it, I’ve called, emailed, and complained but they honestly don’t care. They won’t send someone back out and won’t take a penny off your bill. DO NOT hire these guys unless you want to face this type of frustration. #theydontcare

Absolutely terrible. We will be quieting the the service. Honestly - half the time they dont pick up all the trash - today they left a box and trash out front, they will empty the garbage bins , but not pick up any trash outside that.

Trash collection in the last 2 months has been inconsistent at best.

Weve been with this company for almost a year now and havent had any problems.
