Clueless Sheep, providing questionable service, mixed priorities.What part of My Company Sent Me here to pee in a cup and i really need to go.. Dont they understand?What was supposed to be a 5 minute fill the cup exercise which so many companies require as part of pre-employment processing, if they send you to Lab Corp for testing be prepared to wait and wait and wait...After showing up in person as the Lab Corp webpage suggested, for what should have been a walk-in lab test, it was apparent that Lab Corp is living in the past where fear of virus is an excuse to provide poor service.The staff informed me that @ approximately 1pm in the afternoon it was too late for cup filling Lab Tests... Those tests stop at 1130am and only during that timeframe would patients be accepted. This despite the fact that the company that requested the test required ~ 72hr turnaround and absolutely needed to be completed asap. The company is simply asking for testing in reasonable timeframe per agreement and oh by the way paying for the test which Id imagine is billed at exagerated rate.Bottom line, after returning the following day and despite the staff reasurring there would be minimal waiting cosidering this is a pee test and most patients come prepared, again there was a ~ 20 minute wait before the test which took ~ 25min (longer than necessary) to complete.At the end of the day, the type of employee that works in these insurance paid testing labs appear not to care for the patients who are basically a number in endless stream of numbers coming through the door each day.I could be mistaken or just have bad luck, but this isnt the first time poor service was experienced at this type facility.Avoid if you can, and if not be prepared to wait.. Is there a way to rate zero stars :-)

Every blood draw I’ve had here has been quick and competent, with little to no wait.

Worst customer service. Had an appt and the receptionist advises i didnt. I had already checked in 30 mins prior. Then they advise they cant do my bloodwork because they didnt have the stuff to do cultures...worst experience with a lab ever

I have frequented LabCorp for all of my lab work near my home on Solarex, but I decided to go to this one due to the availability for the morning appointment. After getting there, I waited for about 15. The staff dont engage with you when you walk in, so you have to stand directly in front of them to acknowledge you. This was an excruciating appointment due to the lack of care and concern from the staff. When dealing with customers, they have to either have the ability to speak to them appropriately or hire someone who can make that walk in the door experience easier. I will never come back to this one, under no circumstances.

My arm feels like its been permanently damaged from my botched blood test, don’t go here if you have the choice they suck.

The staff is friendly and there isnt usually too bad of a wait. Every technician Ive had is quick and good at taking blood; no stabbing or digging around. The office itself is nice but the location and building is kind of creepy to me. Not the best location but at least the office is nice.

I went in for routine blood work. They had moved within the building since I had last visited. I showed up early and they took me immediately. I was in and out before my appointment time. Very nice and friendly people work there! Great experience.

I need regular blood work. I always make an appointment, and am always taken in on time. The one time I missed an appointment, they were very nice about it. I went in that day without, and it was crowded, but was still taken in at a reasonable time.It is a small place compared to the other Frederick location and does sometimes have standing room only.

The technician that drew my blood was one of the best that had ever taken blood from my arm. I had no black and blue marks and i have to say he was excellent. Thank you for having great technicians in your office. I did not get his name however i was there September 18,2017 at 8:45 am.

If you make an appointment, you get in quickly. The waiting room is cramped. The staff are fast efficient and give 99% good sticks. Good folks working there!

They were rude to me when I asked for copies of my lab work to be mailed to me. Condescending attitude.

My daughter and I brought her 1 yr old twins n for a routine lead test. The staff was friendly and the babies were comforted with smiles and stickers. I wish every lab was as pleasant and convenient as this one. I will definitely use this one again and recommend it to my family and friends Thanks so much

Staff was professional. Would definitely recommend getting an appointment vs walk-in, especially if you are deciding to go on Monday. They do have wifi so thats a plus while waiting.

Location on Baughmans lane takes forever to get you back when there is only 1 or 2 people ahead of you. Took over half hour, while staff just chatted with each other. Go to Thomas Johnson Drive, much better staff!

The staff was friendly. However the woman drawing my blood did a poor job..It hurt when she injected the needle & within 20 minutes it bruised. She drew the blood above & near the elbow. I will not go back to this labcorp.

Two stars because they are in an easily accessible location and the waiting area is usually clean. Only two stars because they seem to be incapable of managing clients, the waiting area is always packed, time to hire more technicians and expand their space. The receptionist is rude and does not relate well with the patients (if you dont believe me-go sit in the waiting area and listen to the way she talks to them). There are better labs in the area, google them and go elsewhere.

I have been going for blood work once a week for months , they are very efficient and very friendly . The best lab I have come across you can get in and out and still make it to work on time!!

Love their new office. Staff her curious. Short wait time-- yeah!!

The front desk is nice. The nurses are terrible. I took my one year old daughter in there and they took 5-6 sticks until they were able to draw her blood. They just kept sticking.. My baby was scarred for life with people in white lab coats. The just drops and breaks down every time she sees white lab coats.They said that her veins were too small and hard to see, but I could see them clearly. I think that with lack of supervision, these nurses get to practice on babies like lab rats..

Really amazing and talented staff

Went there for an employee physical, including having some blood drawn. Place was very clean, employees were friendly and professional, and there was barely any wait time. I was in and out in under 20 minutes!
