First, I have to say that the customer service was great and I did not have a bad experience with the installation process. Several months after it was done, there was significant cracking in multiple locations. For no cost, they came out and reapplied. Only a month or two later, it started again. The pictures below are currently (about a year after.) Ultimately, what Id say is that this is not a great product for a frequently used bathroom. As a guest bathroom, Im sure its a great option. Unfortunately, it didnt hold up to regular use (despite careful cleaning with the recommended products.) Its money Id rather have spent on the full remodel Im now going to have to get estimates on.

My first time ever writing a review for anything. I chose to share my Miracle Method experience with interested parties because, much to my surprise, it hugely exceeded my expectations. Everyone I interacted with was excellent at their job. From Megan and Mark who got things scheduled and costed, to our technician who did the job. Each one them was pleasant, informative and most importantly, communicated effectively and honestly. They gave us exactly what we asked for, at the price they quoted and in the time frame promised. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Oh, by the way the end result is beautiful.

The team at Miracle Method of Tri-State did an amazing job on two of our bathrooms. Mark, Megan, and office team did a great job managing our account, providing us with options, and quickly scheduling work. Our technician, Jordan, was outstanding. He took time to thoroughly inspect our tile and repair where it was needed. He was very detail focused, ensuring the final work was polished and professional. On top of that, he was extremely friendly and made the entire process smooth as possible.

Matt was our technician who did the work in our bathroom. He was thorough, attentive, meticulous and kind. Looking forward to having him back to do the floor.

I love what they do, unfortunately it just wasnt a fit for my shower.

The process was flawless from start to finish. Perfect amount of communication from the front office, super professional technician, and an amazing end product. Cannot recommend enough!

Now waiting 2 weeks for any word on a repair

This is a revised review of Miracle Method, Frederick, MD. FIrst of all the people of Miracle Method are great folks to work with and as you can see from the interior of the tub they did a fantastic job restoring this 1926 clawfoot - particularly when you consider that it sat outside for well over 20 yrs. This white porcelain literally glows!!! and i am never disappointed when i look at it. The folks at Miracle Method were curious as to how I planned on finishing the outside of the tub so I included that picture as well.

We had Miracle Method resurface our tub, tile shower enclosure and tile on the walls in 2015. I was happy with the look and except for the tub drain which had a wrinkled and obviously flawed edge. Within the first year, some peeling and chipping around the tub and tile edges occurred. Customer service was excellent and a repair was made. Unfortunately, this occurred three more times over the years. Finally they came and redid the entire shower enclosure. It did not match the rest of the tile that had been covered. Most recent visit, they redid the rest of the tile to match. It is an okay match. So, three stars it is.

This was a great option for me as the sinks were more of a custom piece and so to replace them I’d have had to rip out the whole sink. Ryan and his team have been great and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with my technician. He took every effort to minimize odor, dirt, and dust in the work area as well as in the hallway to the bathroom during the process of painting my tub. The tub looks good and Im satisfied with the work that was done.

These folks do really excellent work and save customers a ton of money that would otherwise be spent replacing fixtures. Just try to remove a cast iron tub!My son and his wife are thrilled with the change in the way the 80 year old fixtures look now.

I would definitely recommend this, my counter tops look wonderful, really brightens up the kitchen. Makes the whole kitchen look as if a whole remodel was done. The two gentlemen who did the work were very professional, kept the dust down remarkably well and asked us to check everything out before they left. Highly recommend.

Mark performed an exceptional job in both of my full bathrooms within two days, (two bath tubs and tile surrounds). He was prompt, knowledgeable, and impeccably cleaned all areas upon completion of his tasks. My bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous! I would highly recommend this company. Megan in the showroom was very helpful in showing me the possibilities for the two bathrooms that needed repairs. In one a tub was resurfaced and in the other a sink resurfaced and a granite looking surface done around the sink. First an estimator came and gave us prices, which were reasonable .Next a technician came to do the work. In all honesty, we were not happy with the initial work in both bathrooms. Megan asked us to send photos so that she could discuss the situation with her supervisor. She kept telling me that Miracle Method wanted us to be totally satisfied. Very quickly she got back in touch with us and arranged to have a lead technician come to repair the work. This gentleman came as promised, corrected the problems and now we are very pleased with the outcome in both bathrooms.

I will recommend them; they did an excellent job in refurbishing my tub.

We met Mark Scott at the Frederick Home Show and decided to get an estimate. He came out within a few days and gave us a reasonable price for doing two jobs on the same day. Donnie was the technician who was very friendly, worked very efficiently, did his best to vent the fumes to the outside, and cleaned up completely when the work was done. Tub and shower look like new.

I just had my tub & tile refinished, and I love the result! I chose white refinishing for the tub and a second color for the tile, and I love the look of the contrast. The tile color looks very good with the room and stands out as a modern touch-up. Mark was professional and did a very nice job with my bathroom. I would definitely use this company again!

We had two shower bases - one fiberglass and one terrazzo that were both damaged. We didn’t want to replace the fiberglass base because we had corian walls so we were so excited to learn of Miracle Method. The tenant had done something to the terrazzo base that left an etched area so it was stained as well as rough. We had both repaired and they are beautiful. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant and the job completely done within 2 weeks of calling.

The previous owner of our condo decided to hide his dirty bath tub by painting it over with latex paint. It started to chip pretty quickly as you can imagine and made it impossible to properly clean the tub and we couldnt take baths!We had Patrick come in and scrape off the old paint and put on a new layer of coating and it looks GREAT! He was very professional, he let us know exactly what he was going to be doing and gave us after care instructions. Our bath tub is now pretty much brand new and we cannot be happier. Thank you!

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the job. From the free estimate to the workmanship and final result. Everyone was polite, on time and very professional. My shower stall looks brand new and the 5 year warranty just adds to my peace of mind. I got 4 estimates overall all within the same relative price range. But with Miracle Method I felt the most confident. I’d highly recommend using them.

Miracle Method did a beautiful job of refinishing the tub in our estate home. So nice to be able to save the original 1953 cast iron tub. The tub looked brand new again. Highly recommend their professional staff.

I had several large chips in the bottom of my whirlpool tub and within a couple of hours - presto-chango - totally gone! The quality is unbelievable. I liked it so much, I had them do resurface my shower floor and now it actually looks better than when it was new. They did a perfect job recreating the non-slip floor and mirror sides to perfectly match the wall tile. I seriously couldnt be more pleased.

The whole process from start to finish was as smooth as it could possibly be! Everyone was very professional and always on time! The finished product was excellent!

The men who did the job (bathtub, shower base and both surrounds) did an excellent job, explaining the process before they started. The end results are beautiful. Looks like two new bathrooms.

We couldnt be more pleased. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. The installer Ryan was extremely professional. He texted to let us know exactly when he would arrive and showed up on time. He was prepared and did the install without disturbing anyone. Its the little things that make a great experience. Like the text, being polite, taking your shoes off and having everything thats needed. He insisted we look over the install and explained the sealant and when we could use the shower. The office arranged a measurement visit, gave us an estimate and notified us when the door arrived and said after inspection of the door they would schedule an installation date. Which they did. Really has made our master bath look upgraded.

The work was done quickly and in a professional manner. We would recommend these products and will be using this company again for future projects.

I can honestly say that I like what was done to the shower in the Master Suite. There may have been a technical detail not fully clear regarding the possibility of a leak in the shower somewhere near the hardware in which it was my responsibility to repair. Had I known for sure I know I would have taken care of it before the work in the shower was done.

Justin did a good job re-glazing our old bath tub and surround tiles. They lost a star with me due to the receptionist not being able to email me copies of my invoices for my records. Method used was not professional.

I would recommend Miracle Method with reservations. They did a great job, but we felt abandoned by the crew as they left without giving us any idea of how to reinstall the bathtub fixtures that they had removed. It left us with a bit of a bitter taste in our mouths. Other than that, all was fine.

They did a wonderful job on my countertops and backsplash. They cleaned up their things everyday, they were very clean and explained everything I had questions about. I would highly recommend them.

Getting counters done in a week, so far an excellent professional experience

Workers from this company parked in front of my home and began to empty their trash from the truck. Just left random garbage bags on the side of my street, one looked like their lunch from the day. There was a pick up scheduled for this morning, Im not sure if this is a city violation, but I wouldnt consider this behavior professional.
