Alan is the kindest, most reliable mechanic I’ve ever known. I don’t trust anyone with my car the same way I trust Alan. My family has been seeing him for at least a decade and he’s the one I go to even though I live outside of Frederick. He gives it to you straight, works hard around the clock, and is the sweetest man.

I have been with Allen since 2007. Once I request service on the car, hes in contact with me with whatever he finds. I love the fact he takes into account not just one avenue of repair, he offers you a choice. You have input. Hes not out for the money to repair a vehicle, hes genuinely concerned with the overall outcome from the customers perspective. Hell go the last mile to save you money. I feel like hes more a family member than just a mechanic. Id never go to another one, cant find folks like this these days !! Honesty and Integrity abound.

I started going to Alan because my Dad took our cars there and now my husband and I are taking our vehicles because we know we’re not getting ripped off like every other place! Most honest and fair auto shop around!! He will never do any unnecessary work or make you buy things you don’t need. He just wants you to drive a safe and reliable vehicle you can trust was fixed right!

I was referred to East County Auto 2 years ago and I am so happy with the service, fair prices, and always has your best interest in fixing and maintaining your car. With a large family of drivers, I know that although my kids may be driving jalopies, they are safe and in no danger of breaking down. Allan runs a great business and Im glad I came across his garage.

Allen is very thorough and honest. He will not do anything to your vehicle that is not necessary. I have been going to him 10 years. His rates are also reasonable.
