My wife has been taking her car here for years for brakes, tires, oil changes, etc ... and they have ALWAYS treated her fairly and efficiently. They have never once talked down to her or made her feel less-than-respected as a woman, which too many folks in the auto field still do, regularly.I am now taking my vehicles here after their quick response to an angry check engine light on my car.

I was looking for a local place to get highly rated tires I had found on tirerack.com for my vehicle. While the website took some getting used to I found the tires there for cheaper than tire rack plus was able to get next day installation. Great experience! Customer service had not been as good here in the past but if they have the tires you want, I’d recommend them.

I had a great experience , I had ordered 4 tires on a Thursday and got them the next day Friday. Theyre great people to deal with and have 5 star service. On the other hand Mr. Tire screwed me around for three weeks and kept telling me as soon as they got my tires they would call me and They Didnt so if you need tires dont go to Mr Tires go to Tire World .

Don and his staff saved the day when I damaged a tire during our trip to West Virginia. After calling at least 7 other stores they found the single odd sized tire that my vehicle needed. They went to the local warehouse to pick it up and we were back on our way within two hours.Not to mention the total was less than I could buy it online from the T-rack site!!!Thats what I call service. If I lived in the area they would get all of my business.

Rich the manager was very accommodating and helpful. Came in to get some tires balanced and rotated and found out that I had a bad tie rod end that Matt the tech diagnosed and made it imperative that I get that done because it would become more dangerous to drive sooner than later. The gentleman I spoke with, and dealt with, was very professional. My tire was replaced in a timely manner and was 40.00 less than the quoted price I received from my car dealership. I will definitely return when I am in need of additional tires.

I brought my truck in for a alignment after replacing tie rods this april 2021 and they said it would be no problem. after picking up the truck it was pulling hard to the right so i brought it back and they did some adjustments and said it was good to go after driving it around the building once but my alignment still wasn’t right so they offered to pay another shop they choose to do my alignment. the shop was in tanytown and was a two week wait, so after going there they said it needed ball joints, i brought it back after installing all new ball joints and the guy couldn’t finish my alignment. i ended up taking it somewhere else almost a month after my original alignment. the store manager was nice and willing to make things right at the end of all this but that alignment tech really showed a lot of incompetence and rushed through my alignment to save themselves time but it ended up costing me 5 trips to the alignment shop to get my truck going straight down the road.

I called and got an estimate on car tires which was the best price in town. Set an appointment for 830 am the next week. My car was taken in at exactly 830, done in under 2 hours. General manager (Dorwin) took time to explain lug nut issues and went over alignment procedures. Great price, quick and quality work. Waiting area has sodas, coffee and extremely clean. Will return to use again for tires for my truck. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Tire World was able to accommodate my shifting work schedule, and was even able to fit me in the day before my scheduled appointment to replace a tire. Once there, the whole process took maybe 15 minutes.Staff was friendly.

2 stars only because the people that work at this place are very likeable, but the service i received was beneath my expectations.I understand that covid created unprecedented challenges for the supply chain and I was willing to work with them, despite my long explanation that I live in a different area and was only working here for the time being.Besides that, I ended up with a leak in a valve stem that should have been found out about whether I end up paying extra or not, before you send me on the road with a bad (brand new set of 4 tires and rims).I shouldnt even have gone out of my way to have it fixed, but I gave them the opportunity anyway. I would have probably left a 5 star review, had it not been for the tech that ended up trying to belittle me about why the tire was leaking...well he should have fixed it right the first time and be enough of a man to admit that they f***ed up.

Had a blow out hauling from pitts to Fredrick Called 10 minutes before they opened due to the emergency and I was surprised that they answered only because who does that lol . Not only was the customer service excellent , every single soul their was in a good mood .Front desk man was super chilling and very helpful. And super quick service in and out .Im not from the area but would drive the 4hrs for some tires from this place lets put it that way 👍👌👊🤝

Very happy! Jason the manager was very accommodating and helped me with an annoying vibration on my floor and seat. His tech took my car and Re balanced all 4 tires and problem resolved that TWO other tire places couldn’t resolve. I would recommend them highly for competent work and price!

I called for oil change, I asked the guy how much,He told me $64 plus tax. I made appointmentI took my car there. The oil was changed within one hrBut when I want to pay the guy charged $99.95. Way far from what he told me over the phone. I asked himWhy the price is so high. I never changed oil for that price. And why he lied to me. This is what he saidWhere you always take your care for oil changed. I said Toyota dealer and I paid $70 and Walmart andI paid $60. He told me these places put fake oil that’s why is cheap but them used real good oil. I said this is not true for these two places. Plus why you told me 64 plus tax and now you’re charging me almost $100. I told him pls make sure you tell your customers correct amount. This could end up be a police case. Supposed I came with exactly money you told me over the phone and I don’t have a card . The service was fast but I just I didn’t like the lying part.

NO RECOMMENDED!!!!!They were so unprofessional. Mi car is a tourist highlander, and like a 6 months ago I went to do state Inspection, they said that I have to change my front break, and because if I didnt, my inspection wasnt going to pass. and to follow the guidelines I had to. my result was that 6 months later I went to Toyota to do the rear brakes because my usv had a vibration, my surprise was that the vibration was due to the brakes that had already changed 6 months before! I was charged for a job that didnt even work. $ 600 for nothing! According to the experts they had to rectify the brakes and these people only changed the discs and put the cheapest ones on them !!

I went there last year because I saw they had great reviews. Was very impressed with honest service and price. I have two vehicles and only go to them for service. Each time I have received prompt service and been extremely satisfied.

I moved to Frederick about 3.5 years ago and work in construction, so I get a lot of screws and nails etc. puncturing my tires. This is the only place I take my vehicles to for tire repairs. They’ve helped me out in a lot of pinches because usually when you realize you have a flat it’s when you need to be somewhere important. I’ve always just called ahead to see how busy they are and they’ve always been able to get my tires fixed, usually only waiting 30 min or so. They don’t try to push other services, they are happy to just take care of the problem you have. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. There is also a lot of integrity, I had a staple and a nail in my tire, which had it gone all the way through would have required a new tire. Thankfully it didn’t, but I wouldn’t have known the difference if they had said it would have. They kept me from having to buy a new tire.Thank you for everything!

I have been going to Tire World in Frederick for a couple of years now. The last visit convinced me to move my business. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and when they were finished they told me that I needed brakes done estimated it would be about $800. As I left I checked my tire pressure and noticed that they had not rotated the tires and they had not even fill the tires with air, both of which they stated they did on the invoice. As a result I looked to another source for my brake work and the charge including servicing the battery was $200 less than the Tire World estimate. I guess I should thank them for not rotating my tires as they saved me money in the long run.

Tire World saved my wife’s car. She was having major vibrations on the highway so we took it in to get her tires balanced. They said they would fix it and look for any other possible issues. Upon pickup, they said everything else was fine and the balancing was completed. The car runs like new and its great to have an honest shop that doesn’t replace things just to up-charge the customer. We’ll be back.

I called my local Tire World b/c I had a slow leak. They said to come right in, first come-first served. When I arrived my car was on the lift in about 20 minutes and about 20 minutes later the manager gave me the good news - they found a nail in the tread which was fixable; a simple patch. Just purchased my second set of new Continental Cross Contact tires from Tire World and couldn’t be more satisfied. I got over 50k miles out of my first set by just keeping them inflated correctly and rotating them regularly. Rich was outstanding and you could not ask for a better person to deal with that is very honest. I highly recommend going to this location as he will be the only person to work on my vehicles going forward. It is very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust.

They were efficient, and professional. However, They did not use a torque wrench when reinstalling my wheels.They used an impact gun. Hopefully I can get my wheels off when its time....Pet peeve of mine, its not hard to do things right.

Josh was great. I went in last week without an appointment. I was early but I still had an hour wait which was not an issue. I thought I needed a new tire but Tire World discovered there was corrosion around the tire frame. They buffed it and I was on my way for a nominal cost. I’ll be back for my future tire needs!

Tried scheduling an appt for 7:30 AM via email, but that didnt work so I ended up just calling. Now I know to simply call instead. Oil change and tire rotation was $65 and took about an hour. He advised me on speed rating. And I got a great tire at a fair price 720 AA rated for 75k mile warranty lower than Tire Rack online no waiting on delivery Tire World stocked my tire. Set up appointment no hassle.My brake work was excellent just touch the peddle and smooth stop. No up sale was forced just brake flush was needed to complete job car done when promised.I recommend Tire World great quality value and price was quoted no surprises.

My daughter and I were traveling from Washington county PA to Suffolk, VA to return her, my grandson and her pets in a car full of Christmas gifts when we had a tire blow out midway through the trip. The employee (I wish I would have gotten his name) was most helpful. He was able to get a new tire mounted and changed quickly and without us having to unload the car at a very reasonable price. We were able to safely continue our journey to our destination.

Tire world had the tire i needed and they did a great job getting me back on the road quickly. However they failed to realize the defect in the tire i was getting replaced. No big deal but due to the lack of concern i was not able receive compensation from the tire manufacturer.

The next morning the Service advisor, Dorwin, called the next morning and said they could fit me in. It was just as the snow started to fall and finished just as the storm was in full swing. Blew a tire on a pothole on a Friday. I called and they had the exact replacement tire I needed. They were able to take me in on a full Saturday morning and it was also the cheapest cheapest price I found locally after calling around a few places. Rich was a huge help and extremely professional and accommodating.

I’ve been going to Tire World for a couple of years now. I’ve had some repairs that were extensive, and they explained why I needed everything they recommended. I’ve also had repairs that were covered by their road hazard policy, and those were free to me. You just need a place where you can trust the advice they give, and a place that can make all the tire-related repairs you might need. Tire World does that for me.

I made appointment for 930 to get 4 tires and an alignment. I know this is not a 30 minute job. But I was allowing appox. 2 hours to have this job done. I was not done until after 1230 close to 1. I was to leave to go out of town that day but with this delay I had to rearrange all my client visits. I had to ask when I would be done. And I was finally told there was another car on the alignment rack. I know there can be problems sometimes but I felt I should have been better informed. I was told that I could take my car and come back for alignment which could have caused my tires to begin issues and once started that can not be changed.

Grateful for the patient explanation of what was happening to my car and the service to fix it. Seemed like fair prices. Within walking distance of the Boulder Yard, so I went rock climbing during the tire change and alignment.
