Great and friendly service! This was my first time using them. They were recommended to me by my co-worker and they were right. I highly recommend them. Doug was very friendly, kind and honest. I love that I was able to drop off my car before work. He called with the estimate and was able to get the work done soon after. I will be going to them for all future service needs.

Great Service! Called about getting brakes fixed in our truck. Doug was extremely helpful and got us in right away. We did after hours drop off which was easy and convenient. Doug called with our estimate and the work was completed later that afternoon. He was very friendly when we went to pick-up and even showed us the old brake pads so we could see how worn down they were. Definitely recommend and we will be taking our vehicles there from now on.

Great Service - new to the area and found my local mechanic! Had oil change and general inspection done for upcoming road trip. I expected to need new brakes and tire rotation but was assured they could wait at least until the next oil change.

Happy to have chosen Doug and Autoworx to work on my cars brakes. He got me in quick, is super friendly and most importantly reasonably priced. Hes honest with the questions I had and didnt push for anything I didnt need. I did the overnight drop off and was impressed with the envelopes he provides for you to put your keys in - so much nicer to mark whats the issue and fill out the form than trying to write on a normal envelope from your house like Ive previously done at shops.

They were wonderful at service and actually overestimated the amount of the repair so I was well prepared for the actual price that it finally ended up being. Always kept me informed, and made sure I was completely satisfied. You just dont find this quality of service anywhere else.

I had Doug @ Autoworx diagnose our secondary car at the recommendation of a friend. The car had been sitting for a LONG time. Doug was honest and knowledgeable. Diagnosis price was great. While the amount of work needed to make this car run again was too large for us to afford right now, that is not a reflection on Autoworx or its extremely reasonable prices, it was a matter of COVID income restraints and lack of routine car care that has done us in for the time being. I will definitely recommend Autoworx to everyone!

Doug is an honest guy with great communication. This is the cleanest shop I have ever been in! These guys are top notch and will take time to help you out. They were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I went! Doug helped me pick out custom wheels and tires and nailed it! My van drives amazing now. The best part is knowing that Doug is an honest person and I trust him with my vehicle. My car recently overheated about a mile from his shop not long before closing and he told me if I got it there he could check it out that night. They did, and had it fixed up the next day. Didnt actually get to have any work done. I dropped off the truck and they said it would be days just to get the parts (it is an older vehicle). When I said I couldnt leave the truck with them for so long he got very angry and argumentative. I would have made arrangements to get the parts on order and bring it in when they were available, but he told me to come get my vehicle, so I did.Just plain not very professional in my opinion.
