Excellent customer service. Trustworthy, they stand by their work. Have had several major jobs done there, they were able to see me when it was urgent. They work very hard to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Just used these guys to fix up my Mustang and they were great. the workers there give off a homey feel and not that awkward *in the mechanic taking your money vibe* like some places i know. the prices are fair and they give you a rundown on what you may need (ie: fluids, etc). overall very satisfied with their work and will definitely be going back for any/all my vehicle needs.

I had a MD state inspection performed at Rose Hill and it was great. The inspection was thorough and highlighted things I needed to get repaired by the dealer. The price for the inspection and re-inspection were reasonable.

Made an appointment to have my vehicle inspected my vehicle was there 45 minutes before my appointment they worked around my appointment and never did my inspection went to pick up my vehicle and they drove it over 30 miles. Will never use them or give them a dime for anything complete and utter bs.

I write this review as we are waiting to be seen to correct and issue caused by this repair shop. We are new to the area and needed to have an inspection done in order to register our vehicle. We made an appointment and dropped our vehicle off at 830a. Even with an appointment we were not able to pickup our vehicle until 5pm. We had a vehicle inspection done and front brakes. At this point we are somewhat annoyed but we understand how repair shops can be. Monday morning we go to the DMV to register our vehicle and are told the repair shop incorrectly typed in the Vin number and we had to go back to the repair shop to validate our inspection! Once we get to the repair shop we are told to wait at least 30 minutes before someone can fit us in. This entire experience with this repair shop has been unprofessional, time consuming and overall bad service. Please please do not go here. We are new to the area and definitely learned our lesson the hard way.

The gentlemen here were fantastic to work with! I called early Friday evening to see if I could get fit in for a Maryland State Inspection for a car that I bought in Virginia and by Saturday morning they were able to not only get it done but it was done within the exact promised time frame. They were awesome! Thank you!

Spoke to a courteous, professional & knowledgable employee on the phone. The owner is personable, efficient & friendly. Had my oil changed & windshield wipers replaced with no issues. All staff was friendly, practiced social distancing & wore masks & gloves. Felt at ease & comfortable having my car worked on at this auto shop during the current pandemic.**Note** due to the current pandemic, the Exxon attached/next to the auto shop will not allow auto shop customers to stay inside. BUT the auto shop personnel GLADLY offered to shuttle me to where I needed to go. There is also a shopping area & Dunkin’ Donuts across the street.

They fixed what was needed, but clearly lied to me about a light being out. Since thats something I can do myself I wanted to check which it was. My husband and I went through the whole car and found no burnt bulbs. They charged high for a fix on an old vehicle, but within fair range for being a mechanic at a gas station on a main road.Customer service was friendly enough and they were great about answering questions. If I had the time I wish I could have shopped around first.Pros: knowledgable staff and friendlyCons: high prices, and trustworthiness lacking

100% recommend this place. I brought my car car for an oil change, they were nice enough to call me back and tell me there was other stuff wrong with it. They went over it with me, as well as the price, and a time I could pick it up if i decided to go ahead and get that other stuff done. I was very impressed with their customer service, and their time management. They got the job done, with honest and reasonable prices. I was greeted by everyone with a smile, and was checked out with no issues. They did a great job! I will definitely come back!

This place is excellent. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get me moving again. Their prices are amazing for the level of service they provide.I had engine trouble while passing through Frederick Maryland. I stumbled across them by chance when I got off of route 15. They worked with me and my primary mechanic to diagnosis the issue -- which is covered by my warranty. They took the time to not only explain things to me, but showed me everything they did and were going to do. Their labor rate is for the quality of service and knowledge of the staff is amazing. I highly recommend them.

Best auto repair in Frederick. Probably the cheapest too. A sudden expense was done in almost no time for under $200 and they threw in replacing my wiper blades too. But come with headphones and a book. Theres no waiting room or wifi-- just two chairs in the garage.

Great little shop. They were able to get my car in for a last minute state inspection and they were upfront and honest about the time it would take.The staff was extremely courteous and they didnt try and up sell me anything. Im not a mechanic, but I do a lot of work on my own cars and one test I give every new shop is I ask them if my car needs a part that I know it doesnt (new tires, fluid changes, brakes, etc.). Rose Hill did not try and sell me something I didnt need, and for that, I will come back to them in the future. Thanks guys!

I’ve been very skeptical about mechanic shops, and have not had the most honest interactions with them. This is completely different with Rose Hill. They are genuinely a great and reputable company. They were able to look over a few of my vehicles and diagnose issues and give helpful advice on making sure I’m driving a safe and reliable car. Service was timely and even offered me a ride home so I didn’t need to wait in the shop. Will bring all my vehicles back here. Thanks!

Honest/trusted mechanicsIve been using these folks for close to 20 years and they are fantastic. Top notch mechanics with tons of integrity, and wonderful customer service. They listen to what I feel is wrong with my car and then they diagnose the vehicle, call me with a detailed itemized estimate, and then repair what I approve. I typically call ahead to make an appointment, but on the days when Im driving and my car makes a funny noise, I drop in to the garage unannounced and they are always willing to take a quick look at my car to see if what Im hearing is a safety issue, or something that can wait to be fixed at a later date. They also provide me with information on preventive maintenance as to projected work and costs so that I am aware and can plan for upcoming maintenance. Bottom line, I completely trust these folks and they have never let me down. They are highly skilled in their field and absolutely reliable and honest.

I took my vehicle to Rose Hill for an Oil Change and other maintenance. My car was ready the same day and the prices were great. I will definitely bring my vehicle back here for service. I also was able to print coupons from there website.Update: Got a flat tire on 270 on Monday night. Stopped by Rose Hill Service Center on Tuesday morning They patched and mounted it in about 5 minutes! Price was more than fair. Thanks for the great service!

Had a MD State inspection on a used car I purchased in VA. From my call to schedule with Max until I picked it up the experience was great. They were prompt, courteous, reasonably priced on the minor repairs and all around nice to work with. I have not found this to be the case with other shops in Frederick County. I will be using them again and have already told others of my experience.

Do not get a Maryland inspection here. Their mechanics broke my hood latch two days ago and blamed me for it. Not only did I catch their manager admitting to lying about accidentally breaking it but he rudely refused to repair it on my behalf.In addition they quoted me four 30$ brake hoses and and a flush a rear parking cable one turn signal bulb and wiper blades for 2200$. absolute robbery. Go anywhere but here for service please do yourself a favor.

Great customer service and technicans have alot of technical knowledge on a verity of cars. Always helpful no matter what the job is. and great pricing. I trust these them as mechanics on my cars as they have earned it over the past 4 years. and they did complete the best break job I have ever had on a car stopped on a dime. and also I recently baught my new car to them to mount my after market wheels. they did a great job and informed me that I would have to come back in 50 miles to check to make sure the lug nuts were not loose and they tightened them. they rock!!

I have been going to Frank since he was a wrench jockey on east St. over 20 some years ago. Then ,when he moved and bought his business on 7th st. I stayed w him. Now over on Oppossum town pike, he and Max are the only people I trust my my cars to still. They always consider my childrens safety as well as mine to be their first priority! His employees are wonderful, kind and thorough! The prices are more than fair and you get work you can depend on!

We took the car in for a state inspection. Not only did they finish before the estimated time, but they also gave us a ride to Lowes while we waited, and picked us up when it was finished. Will definitely return.
