My Fiance has many Policies through this company and has used them for a long time. He talked Me into getting my Life insurance policy through them which was not a problem because I am luckily in great health. I wish they were more transparent with the way the payments work. I have had the policy for about a year now and I missed a payment (automatic Deduction) about 5 months back and when I realized that I was late I called to make the Payment. The gentleman that got on the phone made it seem like it was no big deal and that they would automatically double bill me at the end of the month. I explained I would rather pay now but I had to get my credit card out of my car and he assured me that my policy would not lapse and they would take the payment automatically at the end of the month. Well, that never happend (and I did not notice) so a few weeks into the next month I get a call that my policy was in jeopardy of lapsing and when I explained they said they didnt know why he said that to Me - and of course I didnt get his name. It was not a major deal because my Policy was still good and I made the Payment on the phone and all was fine. Now - Today....Im on my Lunch break and a Women calls me to tell Me that my Life Insurance Policy payment did not go through at the very end of June (I had an issue with another company taking a payment out I wasnt expecting) and that I was no longer covered as of today. I told her I would pay first thing tomorrow morning and she said and I quote Well dont let anything happen to yourself until tomorrow because your not covered First of all I thought I always had a 30 day grace period or more as I have in the past and I asked her why the rules changed without me ever knowing? She said I got a text and an E-mail on the 3rd of July and I told her that it only said my payment did not go through - it did not say anything about being cancelled. Of course I never got an answer because the person I was talking to was not the regular Agent that I deal with. I was able to make the payment on the phone before we hung up but I think it is unacceptable to cancel someones policy or call them and tell them Mam your policy is cancelled without some kind of notice. My Children need to be taken care of if something happens to Me and this is unacceptable, especially, during a pandemic when people in our Country are struggling you would think there would be more transparency with the rules and how our policies work and not surprise phone calls that inform you that If you die your family is basically left with nothing. So upset right now and I never ever leave bad reviews...NEVER.

WORST car insurance ive ever had in my life! I’ve only been with them for 10 months and they’ve messed up my billing statement and overcharged me 6 times out of the 10! I recently visited the office to switch from my insurance to this office. I thought I was getting a great service until I realized they didn’t insure one of the three cars I wanted to switch. I had no idea the previous insurance cancelled and the State Farm one which I had paid for was not effective on my Chevy Cruze. Thankfully I was the one using the car not my daughter, she would have panicked and who knows what else could have happened if she was stopped. Bad experience for me and I hope they fix the it.

Although i just left statefarm after many years. My review is just based soley on my agent Lauren semelsberger. She is GREAT! Always friendly & available. She most definitely took her time, answering all my questions, and was very patient & thorough. I am really happy that I got to work an insurance agent that I knew would take care of me & all of my concerns. I always felt like a valued customer without a doubt & I appreciate the great customer service that I have gotten from Lauren every time!! We need more agents like her for sure! She is way more deserving of 5 stars!

We have been customers for over 12 years and cant say enough about the agents. They treat me like a good friend every time I call. They have spent large amounts of time talking with me so that I have a full understanding of my policies and can make educated choices. We faced the worst of scenarios one year when a friend drove our car and got in an accident where a fatality occurred. We thought wed be under years of hassle but instead it was taken care of with minimal effort on our part. If I could give this office 10 stars I would.

I have been a state farm customer for over 25 years. They have insured my life, my vehicles and my homes. The customer service is second to none. Anytime I have had an issue they are knowledgeable and polite, even after I got side swiped by a tractor trailer and was left sitting in the middle of the highway.They always, provide me with information on my accounts and what is best for me. When I had to move out of state, even though I stayed with State Farm I missed the staff at Kathy Schultzes office. I would call them my friends!

My initial experience was great. The agent I was working with then left and someone else took her clients. This person made many mistakes with my file such as mixing the members of my policy with my parents policy . ( we had two complete separate policies) I asked to switch agents. That agent also left , I was never notified, and I was back to the previous one. Truly dissatisfied with her customer service. I asked for her to call me back to confirm my cancelation and she did not so when I reached out again she said in a very rude tone your policy has been canceled, thats what you wanted right? as this is what I wanted I had asked for her to confirm the paper work I got corrected was what she needed. I then asked to speak to someone else and Kathy Shultze herself spoke to me. Again not the best customer service her tone of voice was as if she could care less and did not care to listen to my dissatisfaction with her team member at all , basically cut me off with saying they had canceled my policy and that was that.

Best auto and home insurance group around. This team goes above and beyond to help us.

Friendly staff, but, when appointment with Kathy Schultze, was told I couldnt see her but I could see someone else. Happens every time! Does she really exist? Car insurance is also too high for the age of my car.
