Thru no fault of Connies firm, the settlement payment was sent to the holder of the policy with the assumption that the holder would pass the payment to the claimant (Timothy C. Swart). It was not. After numerous voice mails to the insurance company with no return call, I contacted Connie to see if she could help. She stepped in immediately, located the payment and kept me informed.
